I purchased aJiomart Gift card from Amazon of 1000 rs. Then I bought 330rs product from jiomart app on 20th march through that gift card. I should have 670rs left on my gift card. BUT 2nd time when I was going to buy anything through that gilf card number I can't. The customer care of jiomart says that it should be use at once otherwise the rest amount will be vanished or terminated. This thing not mentioned in T&C of jiomart gift card. If the gift card can't be use in 2nd time then the remaining amount should be added to Jiomart wallet or should atleast give early caution of rest amount termination.This is harrasing the customer like me and many customers being harrased for this, a cyber fraud, illegal way to make money.
I want my money back either in jiomart wallet or as a new gift card, please do justice and make change this jiomart gift card pollicies like Amazon, flipkart did(what they is if remaining amount left then it can be use next time or added to their wallet).
