I placed 3 order for grocery items on 8th and 9th july. It's a prepaid irder. It was supposed to get delivered by 10th july as per jiomart delivery commitments.
Now it's more than a week, orders are not yet delivered!
They simply extending delivery date every day without any intimation to me ... No SMS.. No Call !
I only followed up to them after waiting 5 days, i asked to raised complaint about it in their customer care with two follow ups, but unfortunately now resolutions till yet ! They are simply about their good intentions, tries but on ground level order is not delivering till yet !
When i tried to check reason for delay on their portal ... They have written cause as Act of God". Not sure why god is not good for jiomart services while i got my other orders delivered successfully from other online services like Flipkart !!!
Seems Jiomart fooling and cheating their customers by using false reasons !
Also as per knowledge, jio store is just 1-2 Km far from my home.
So, sharing my bad experience on jio mart, i would like if jiomart should apologise for their bads and resolve this asap.
