Hi,

Today is the 7th day but you have FAILED to credit my REFUND TO MY SOURCE ACCOUNT/METHOD OF PAYMENT which is very unfortunate and proves my apprehensions in my below-mentioned mail to you to be correct.

Therefore, I would urge you to seriously look into it and take appropriate action to ensure compliance without any INORDINATE DELAYS.
