Recently I purchased wireless earphones from jiomart but I received a defective item so, on the same day I raised a return request but firstly they were not accepting my return request but I am continuously raising return request, contacting customer care so after 1 month they accepted my return request and after pickup they were not willing to refund my money and when I contact customer care they were not willing to help.
After 1-2 month they refunded my money but they add this money into jiomart wallet and put some conditions for using this money.
Overall it was very poor company and provides very poor services.
They were not willing to provide service. I suggest not to buy product from this site. Was this information helpful? |
