Jiomart — Received two pairs of footwear of the wrong color and sizes

Order Number[protected]W. We had ordered two pairs of footwear of the colors and sizes of our choice but today we received wrong colors and sizes. One pair even had mixed sizes. Jiomart says it is non-returnable no matter what. In other words they cheated us for Rs. 498/- We want justice!
