Jiomart — Return pickup never happened

Sir,
1. This complaint is regarding two orders with order id JM69E7D609018BD6640C and JM69E7A51601C8FA316D.
2. I initiated return and pickup on 25APR26 and 26APR26 for the orders.
3. Pickup is still pending till date after several calls to customer care.
4. Customer care gives hope every time that pick up will be done in 4-5 days. and more than 45 days passed.
5. Such thing never happened in any e-commerce site.
6. Kindly request you to resolve the issue.
