Jiomart — Suddenly cancellation of Order without my consent

Order ID- JM69EF[protected]A784C has been suddenly cancelled without my consent. Today morning at around 8-15 am delivery boy called but due to unavoidable circumstances, could not receive the call, but within few minutes, conversation was made with delivery boy. In between conversation, the boy rudely behaved with questions :"why didn't receive the call ?" and said, "I am going to cancel the order". And after few minutes, my order was cancelled.
Is it the procedures adopted from your end regarding Order and Customer care. During conversations with Delivery boy, it is seen the he has no minimum patience and nothing responsibility with Customer. Now, your turn, about the situation
