Third grade customer care service
1. As per the screen shot PDF file attached herewith clearly shows I have updated my email ID from Yahoo to Gmail.
2. A week passed away but still it is not updated in their system, in their record.
3 I asked to the customer care madam and she said that in their record, it is Yahoo only and not Gmail.
4 She refused to lodge any complaint. But asked to chat section.
5. And their chat section is so worthless only to face and idiotic virtual robat who refuses to understand the issue still after wasting hell of the time and efforts. Leave aside any resolution.
6 I asked if you cannot understand the issue, arrange for a call back. No use . Only waste of time. He remained as idiotic and fool as ever.
7. Another worst part. Jio mart does not provide any email ID where any issue besides delivered product could be raised.
