There is a big problem for jodhpur vidyut nigam. Whenever there is emergency they put their phone out of service that do inconvenience to us. When you have to don't give any respond. So why are you start the tol free service and other service. Look into this matter. Please think on these things have u started. There is no compliance with the customer for that kind of activity.

यह है की ग्राम रिडमलसर में मानसर gss fiddr no. 5 मंगलवार रात करीब 8 बजे मिनी ट्रांसफार्मर व लाईन में शोर्ट सर्किट हुआ जिससे एक किशोर करंट की चपेट में आगया करंट बालक की बालक इन्द्री में फुटा जिससे इन्द्री के परखचे उड़गये किशोर माथुरादाश माथुर में इलाज चल रहा है
यह है की समन्धित कर्मचारी को हमने कैई बार इत्तला दी जो यहाँ पिछले पन्द्रह बीष दिन में तीन बार शोर्ट सर्किट हुआ तो आज तक विभाग कोई भी कर्मचारी पिछले पन्द्रह बीष दिन से नहीं आये न ही कोई संतोषप्रद जवाब मिला सूचना देने के उपरांत भी सम्बंधित कर्मचारी टालमटोल करते रहे
अगर समय पर आकर लाईन ठीक कर दी जाती तो हमारे बालक श्रवण गिरी पुत्र खुमगिरी निवाशी रिडमलसर उपखंड 2756 लोहावट का अंग भंग नहीं होता
यह है की विधुत पोल ऊपर से टुटा है केबल के लकड़ी बंधी है जिससे समन्धित कर्मचारी को परवाह नहीं है

I made a online complaint no. 16747 about my electric meter fault to aen (electricity), vaishali nagar on 22.07.2016 for k. no.[protected].. but the complaint is not resolved.in the meantime i request to adjust bill for faulty meter that is moving very very fast and very very high bill generated. hoping to see a positive response.

In 17 e sector chb jodhpur behind hounabl Judge Mr. Gopal Krishna Vyas house situated transformer fase is every night has fall down. N we suffer from electric cut. All houses electricity has coming but our few houses has gone. So please improve capacity of transformer.

Tried on toll free no. But there is no response, few of technicians came but they didnt do anything, even not ready to share contact details and rude behaviour.. Please improve your services and officers behaviour. Government officers or employee must provide their services fast only then our country will come in power, since last night there is still no electricity but there is no body who take care of this, without any heavy rain and storm these things are going on, if it happen with a government or aen then.. But general people are suffering there is no solution. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible and improve your services

Since last night arond 3AM of 25th june 2016, there is no electricity in Tirupati vihar kh. no. 63 Shikargarh, please resolve this as soon as possible ... without electricity water can not transfer in tanki as motor wont work without electricity... i called at sardarpura bijali ghar and asked the complaint no. or direct no. of ratanada bijali ghar or shikargarh bijali ghar but they refused to give .

There are no lights since afternoon 12 p.m. whereas no heavy rainfall nd no heavy sandstorm came in this reason..
Right now as the weather is very clear since last 4 hours till we haven't received electricity to bear this hear nd humidity from last 12 hours..

Due to some reason my electricity get fault on 21/6/2016 during night at 2.30 am. I made the complaint on toll free number and got complain no. 7766 with assurance that team will come within an hour and solve the problem. Again i make a call at 4..30 am, 7.30 am and 9.30 am, but no positive response from the department. I repeatedly make a call to the concern person but no body pick my call.
