I complaint to jdvvnl twice by having problem in my electricity. first i called them on their toll free number[protected].They ask me some questions about the problem i having which was that we have three face connection in our hotel but one of the face is not coming i told them our problem and location of our places . Then they give me a complaint number 5541 and one of the i complaint number i forgot which was older than this after that they told me that they will send technician as soon as possible. I request them "sir we are running a hotel and restaurant so please do on the urgent basis ". They told me that they will do that but still no one. I am suffering last six days so as our business still no response .And I Don't want to suffer anymore.Its very inconvenience as a customer. And a businessman.

Sir i had made a complaint about an illegal light connection in housing board akara bhatta aburoad that house no 2d 97 has taken illegal light from pole the house belongs to mr singh from tartoli .Their is no light connection legally but in akara bhatta power house jen is not intrested to work .

Sir on 05/3/2016 due to rain my electricity service wire was burnt from poll. Due to which 2 phases stopped working regarding which I have filed a complaint no.[protected] in your Department on 05/3/2016 itself through my Landline. Its been two days since i have filed this complaint and even after several reminders till date no person has come to my residence to rectify the Fault. Unfortunately due which i am bound to write this mail to you. Kindly accelerate the same issue at the earliest.

Also, I would like to point out that you should take disciplinary action against your staff who even after so many calls did not turned up to solve the problem.

My agriculture meter is no working.so bill comes from averege or according to previous bills.so plz replace the meter with new one...

Respected sir, my self Eqbal khan S/o Sadik khan a farmer of Vill & PO Bain, Tah- Taranagar, Dist- Churu Rajasthan. My khata No is 2205.
I would like to draw your kind attention towards the serious matter of economic exploitation of farmer by JDVVNL. Being a responsible citizen of India I pay my electricity bill timely. My K No is[protected] it may be checked. In Dec 15 my main service cable coming from pole to elect reading meter burnt. I went to local electrician. He checked and said that the matter is to be reported to local AEN Office at Sahawa (Taranagar, churu) and appropriate fee is to be deposited to that office for replacement of cable and electricity reading meter. On 08/12/15 I went to the local AEN office Sahawa (Taranagar, churu), deposited fee of 350/- rupees and take receipt. Till now the cable and reading meter are neither repaired nor replaced. I have paid my last electricity bill for month of Dec 15. Now in the bill of Feb 16 it is showing 4935.00 due. When I went to AEN office sahawa I was simply said that " JITNA BILL AYA H UTNA TO BHARNA HI PAREGA ISME HAM KUCHH NAHI KAR SAKTE " this statement disappointed me totally. Now I request to look into matter and for your favorable action.

We are applied new connection dated 28 september 2015 &we recieved demand note s.No.2219 dated 18 dec.2015 &we are deposit by d/d 4, 79, 856/= dated 24 dec.2015 & our line work completed 10 jan.2016 but we are not recieved the meter box from bijli board taranagar.We are remind very time to officers in taranagar & se office churu but not any action taken by officers we are very distrubed due to delay in only my connection from bijli board so we are think to go legal action against bijli board taranagar distt. Churu (Raj.) date 21/02/16

A/C no.2104/183 k no.[protected] when we noticed that our meter shows excess consumption we complained and filed an application to change the meter on22 April 2015.after nearly six months it replaced on6/10/2015.during this period we paid huge amount for which they promised to return after checking the lab report of the old meter but till now they did not gave any report. The reading in the meter removed was 12467 out of which payment for 6682 units were made asper the bill showing the reading after that nearly 25000/- amount was paid as their bills raised showing average. Whenever our representative went the office none was available on seat and hear our complaint. Now two persons came to cut the light and told us that there is a due amount of₹95000/- if they make bill for 5785 units(12467less 6682 units)it could not be in excess of our additional payment of 25000/-Inspite of giving excess amount paid and giving the lab report of the meter they came and threatened our Guard

Our Dec 2015 bill was pending amt of Rs.3109 with penalty .Employees of electricity department came our home and say that yours bill was pending and you pay this amt. otherwise we cut the elect. connection.and they take cash amt. of Rs.3309.
we want to know that why they take Rs.200 extra...

I also have done a complaint but nothing Done about it. so i want you to please do needful work. i want you to get it repaired as fast as you can please....

Sir, I'm living in police quarters, karni nagar, lalgarh, bikaner.
In the quarters from last several electricity is not on regular basis. Light gone for 1 days or it days increase to 5 days this is not done.please take a strict action towards electricity board.in Bikaner.please do something.

Electricity theft complaints Dear sir shri ram saran daily electricity chori kar raha ha. unko chori karta hua 4-5 year ho gaya ha. Unka ghar pa jab bhi koi dekna aata ha tho va pehla dhyan rakhkar kitchen ma laga hua direct electricity switch band kar deta ha taki kisI ko malum nahi chal saka ki vo electricity ki chori kar rahe ha. vo switch 2-3 baar direct electricity sa jaal bhi chuka ha. Unka meter bhi ghar ke andar hai. vo pura din motor, cooler, tv chalate rehta ha phir bhi unka bill bahut kaam aata ha ( 500-700 rupess). The meter has stopped working and we came to know when the bill No.[protected] was received for Rs.637/- and the previous meter reading and present meter reading were shown as same. My account no.is 2303/0444 and the Office code is 3202240.The bill issue date is 22.12.15 and we have paid the bill before due date. This is the first time that this error has occurred. Please rectify the fault or change the meter . We have also registered the complaint in the Office register regarding this as soon as we saw this mistake.
