उपरोक्त विषयान्तर्गत निवेदन हैं कि मेरे घर का विद्युत कनेक्षन जो कि मेरे पिता श्री चन्द्रपाल पुत्र श्री रेवतीराम के नाम से हैं। विद्युत खाता संख्या 2136/0120 मीटर संख्या 330565 विद्युत के. नंबर[protected] हैं। विद्युत मीटर करीबन 2-3 महीनें से खराब पडा हैं जिसमें किसी प्रकार की कोई डिषप्ले नही आती हैं। मीटर खराब होने की सूचना मैने पुर्व में भी दी थी लेकिन कोई कार्यवाही नही की गई। अतः आपसे निवेदन हैं कि खराब मीटर को बदलवाने का कष्ट करें। आपकी अति कृपा होगी।

Presen meter reading as on 21 Nov 2015 is 24216 where as current reading shown in the above stated meter bill is 24865 (Reading date[protected] It must have been due to some error on the part of JDVVNL employee.
