I have been experiencing power cut problems for the past few days and the timing of the power cuts is so irregular. In my area the electricity gets cut down at around 1 a.m and in the morning around 6 a.m. When I try to contact people on the toll free number provided there is no sort of assistance and even on the number specifies for the offce contact number, there is no response from there as well.!! It seems as i[censored] people are just making a mock out of people, so I requaet u to check this issue ad solve it at once

I got bill of month march and april of 5922/- aprox which is completly wrong becouse since 10 month the house was locked. And every 2 month we got the bill of 500 approx.
I went to aen offfice for complaining but they told us about average of all year and they did not take it seriously and this time i got higher bill without any consumpution of electricity.
Kindly take proper action against it.

I am resident of village:dodua, district sirohi. I have come to village to enjoy summer vacation but it has become hell. Since 29th instant either there is no electricity at all during night and day or supply is totally erratic. Due to this either there is no water supply in home as pumps don't function or mobile don't work since we cannot charge mobile phone due no electricity supply. While making complaint at local level no satisfactory reply is given or no one pick up phone note complaint. At present we are sitting without electricity since four hours. Yesterday also there was no electricity during night.
Please look into the complaint and have the problem resolved

Above mention k no-is meant for nop chand champa lal taparia, chhapar, no body reside in this house since 10-15 years. Only 1 or 2 days we come here in two or three year to look after the house. But we paid all the bills upto december 2015. With bill no[protected] on 10.12.2015. After that no bills came. Now as & when we see the bill status through paytm & found osd amount rs 46901/- is showing and connection is in permanent disconnection condition. So pl take physical meter reading of our no mans used house and rectify the imaginary bill. So we can clear osd. And also arrange for reconnection.

MY self MONU SEKAWAT, from Bikaner Rajasthan. There in our area Amersinghpura a floor mills, name KHAMU KI CHAKI.
Many time his owner, named KHEAMU, start his mills in night and stop eletricity meter through a wire.and stop mills in morning.
He uses government electricity whole night in floor mill, lights, fans, coolers, and other different machinery on thief electricity. so that reason government electricity thief in Bikaner increasing in every day.
so please caught this electricity thief as soon as possible.one thing you should know that he is very clever.

Sir my k. No[protected]. I'm a indian army soldiers. My home town in raisinghnagar. My home at ward no 12. Electric connection with jdvvnl. My leave plan of in year only one time and next time my home closed when iam on duty. I already submitted application to aen (D&m raisinghnagar) but my problems not solved. And every march my connection cut by aen (D&m raisinghnagar)...

I am having a bill for ₹400 which is incorrect its a office copy which i am having right now... The person who gives the bill told me that it is a fix charge no unit charges. You have to deposit the remaining amount of this bill and future bill of 2 months both at same time.
It will be difficult for me to pay a total amount for 4 month later because i will spend that money as of busy works. I need my bill for the last 2 months with all unit reading

We own a flat "S-1 SAMRAT-10 P.N. 57 ASHOK NAGAR NIWARU
ROAD, Jaipur".
The flat is closed since 6 months and we have been paying all the electricity dues regularly.

We received a bill of 1234.85 rupees in January for which i had requested a complaint with JVVNL but the complaint was auto closed and no response was received from the department.

Since i stay in Mumbai i couldnt do much and i payed the bill.

But still the JVVNL team cut my electricity bill and no notification was made to me.

I tried calling JVVNL call center team but they are expecting me to personally come to the Jaipur office and fix the issue.

I stay in Mumbai and going Jaipur just to make a Electricity reconnect for JVVNL's mistake doesnt looks good.

I confirm all the electricity dues till date has been done regularly.

Could you please look into the issue and help me get my electricity re-connection done at JVVNL? Also, please can JVVNL give me details of the bill charged 1234.85 because, my flat was closed and no electricity was used.

under mahajan gss in baderan suleran bhikhnera line is power cut from last night 10 o clock and now morning 9 o clock bt still cut is continue plz tell us what is problem and how much time you get more sir plz solve our problem as soon as possible nd there is also voltage problem up and high a many time cause of voltage problem our electronic instruments are burned

This is to inform you that from 1 march 1 of the face of electricity is not available. Since we have complained three times one on 1 march with complaint no.[protected] hence it was not resolved we again complaint on 3march with complaint no.[protected] and these two complains were closed without solving it. After that on 4march we have again complaint with complaint no.[protected] as we were facing many number of problems in our bank works. From last four days even non of your electrician has came to resolve it.

Present meter reading on 23.2.2017 checked by nigam's employee was 1488.2 units. Bill for the month october 2016 charged for fake reading as 1869 units. Afterwards the bills are sent on average reading. The meter is ok. We are living at mumbai and visits our 403, hans residency, sardarpura jodhpur house, for which this complaint is being lodged, for a very short time often. The house is closed. Reading has been shown in the energy bills is fake and a misconduct by jdvvnl employee. Action should be taken against such employee. Refund my extra money (About 15000/ with interest. Otherwise i will proceed to consumer court and to the government.

Sir j e n and a e n sojat issued illegal connection to likhma ram son of pukara. They issued connection without ownership certificate on the basis of joint jamabandi in which we have stay of building house n batwara.we have lodged complaint and disagreement certificate no, 1801dated20/2/17and1836dated23/2/17.but they did not give heed to our complaint n give connection by taking bribe.
