Dear sir
Plz solve my complaint in jodhpur vidyut vitran nigam limited,
i am living in sainik colony, Sadulpur, churu district. Half colony line not proper runing, some technical problem in vidyut supply in my colony.
Tha power in vidyut to came some time high & low
All election material Dames, than mu request to repair vidyut power in my colony
Tha problem came to today morning.

Meter no. 17665279. House is fully locked from last 18 months but huge amount of bill is getting generated every month. Have requested multiple time to disconnect 10th metre or minimum rent bill should be generated. Kindly review the complaint and resolve on priority. Have spoken to the local electrician mr. Takatsingh but no action taken.

It is difficult when we are not residing there and bill is getting generated. Kindly support to resolve my complaint since we are the follower of bramhakumaris and house is taken for residence purpose.

Electricity continued in our house because other electrician man came and electric wire cut of main line pool.

हमारे मोहल्ले(रोशनी घर चौराहे के पास खरनाडा मौहल्ला बीकानेर) मे सारे खम्भे दुर्घटना ग्रत हो चुके है और नजदीक के बिजली विभाग मे बार बार शिकायत करने पर भी कोई कार्यवाही नही हो रही और वो जवाब दे रहे हैं कि आज शनिवार है कभी बोलते है रविवार है तो कभी बोलते है ये हमारा काम नही है तो इससे पुरे मौहल्ले मे दुर्घटना की स्थिति बनी हुई है।खम्भे भी सिर्फ तारों के सहारे खड़े है।
कृपया आप जल्द जल्द इस समस्या का निवारण करे।

My Electricity bill Key No. is[protected]. My old single phase meter SL No. was 8980529 and New 3 Phase meter SL No. is 9364405.

Initially I have taken single phase connection and further I have converted into 3 phase but in online record, still it show Single Phase connection only. Please update the same in your office record as well as on JDVVNL web self service portal, So that there should not be any confusion in future.

आप के द्वारा क्रमांक जो. वि. नि. लि. सअभि / प्रे १२८६ दिनांक ०२.१२.२०१६ नोटिस नोपराम पुत्र श्री बंशीधर अग्रवाल गांव बांय खता संख्या २२०५११८ बिसीआर न. / ८०८१/१४ दिनांक २३.११.२०१६ विद्युत् अधिनियम की धारा १३५ के अंतर्गत विद्युत चोरी करना पाया गया है जो की कानूनी अपराध है आपने नोटिस देकर सूचित किया कि विद्युत् अधिनियम की धारा १५२ के अंतर्गत प्रथम अपराध के लिए प्रसमन का प्रावधान है ! आप चाहे तो उक्त अपरा का प्रसमन कराने के लिए ३०००/- रुपए एवं धारा १३५ के अंतर्गत १४४९२/- रुपए सिविल लाइबलेटी कि राशि निगम को ७ दिवस के भीतर जमा करवाये अन्यथा आपके विरुद्ध नियमानुसार अग्रिम कानूनी कार्यवाही कि जावेगी ! उक्त नोटिस अपने भिजवाया जो प्राथी को दिनांक १५.१२.२०१६ को प्राप्त हुआ जिसका जबाब निम्न प्रकार से है प्राथी गांव का निवासी है ! जो वर्तमान में नया खान्देस्वर स्टेशन के पास प्रथम हेरिटेज को. आप. सोसाइटी, सेक्टर न. १९ प्लाट न. ११ एंड १२, नवी मुम्बई में निवास करता है ! तथा प्राथी का विद्युत तार उस समय टुटा उस समय भी प्राथी नवी मुम्बई था ! जब प्राथी आया तो उक्त तार टुटा हुआ देखा व तार जुड़वाने के लिए लाइनमेन को कहा लाइनमेन उक्त तार के चारो और काले रंग कि टेप चक्करी से उक्त तार जोड़ दिया गया व प्राथी कि विद्युत व्यवस्था बहाल करके गया ! उक्त तार प्राथी कि गैर मौजूदगी में टुटा है प्राथी का चोरी करने का ना कोई आश्य था और न ही प्राथी ने कभी चोरी कि है ! तथा प्राथी विद्युत विभाग के बिजली के बिल लगातार जमा करवाता चला आ रहा है

विद्युत विभाग के कर्मचारी ने जब बी सी आर कटा और विडियो रिकॉर्ड किया उस में भी किसी प्रकार का कोई दूसरा तार नहीं जुड़ा है जिस से प्राथी विद्युत चोरी कर सकता है !

अत: जबाब नोटिश पेश कर निवेदन है कि लाइनमेन से सम्पूर्ण तार टूटने सम्बन्धी जानकारी लेकर प्राथी के विरुद्ध जारी किये गए नोटिस व अन्य कारवाही को निरस्त किये जाने का आदेश सादिर फ़रमाया जावे

The payment was made via free charge. Please refund the amount Rs. 792/- ASAP on my bank a/c or my JVVNL K No.[protected], as your department send me the wrong message.
Please take action ASAP as wrong message for other customer was sent to my mobile no. for bill payment.

Im resident of BJS COLONY JODHPUR, I want to draw your attention on the fact that huge theft of electicity is done by many families in BJS COLONY specially in gali no 16 (eg plot no 586b Manohar Singh rathore). Yaha pe TAR JOD KE ELECTICITY KI CHORI KI JATI HAI, AUR JB DEPARTMENT KI KOI GADI DIKHTI HAI TOH TAR NIKAL LIYA JATA HAI.
In recent insident dated on 14/01/2017, two workers from your DEPARTMENT had came to change the meter on PLOT NO 586B, and they even found that mishandling with meter, all the inner seals were broken, intially they warned the landlord MANOHAR SINGH RATHORE that their meter will be sent to laboratory for further checking, but ended with taking bribe, and settled the matter.
This is one the example, such activity is done almost in every house of gali no 16.
Please took strict action against thode people with zero tolerate.

Please, Confirm us the Status of both the payments. Whether my account is credited for both the time.if credited what will be done for excess paid Amt.Rs.4514.

Please look in to the matter as soon as possible, as many of our electronic gadgets are getting faulty.. neighbours have also shared the same problem in the area. I am consumer with billed name Vishwanath chachan and K. No.[protected]. I have done my payement of amount 980/ of this month but i got no receipt during payment and when i contacted at toll free number[protected] they said your bill is not payed yet. how it can be possible the amount 980 is already transfered from my account to your account then how can u say bill is not paid.I have receipt from the bank . I want an answer otherwise consumer court is ready to hear my case. by your faulty systems we people always faced problems why donot you upgrade your systems. and better to change some of your employes as they donot have talking sense. the first sir to whom I contacted through toll free number is so rude in talking. be shame on you.
