I am rudrama devi, l had purchased a john deere 7500 (75hp) tractor from andhra pradesh, vijayawada mrb crob on[protected]. My tractor is having a canopy tool bar but no canopy for that bar, i am shame to say that jhondeer is not providing a canopy even for 75 hp tractor, even a small company's like new holland, sonalika are providing a canopy for above 60hp tractors. This is sooo worst thing that we are inventing a lot of money for jhondeer tractors but we are not getting proper small things like canopies, if possible arrange a canopy for my tractor. My pf status not clear from 2year november 2015 to 12september2017.
Two time pf claim by me but not provided my pf by pf office.
1. Fist time pf claim on november2015.
Paymaint under process by cheque but cheque not come to me.
2. Second time pf claim on september 2017. But pf application is rejected because pf status is a already cleared.
So please help me

Since last 7 to 8 days I am trying to get information on availability of Front tyre ream with studs (Nut Bolt) to M/s Chaudhary Tractors, Delhi-Meerut Road, Ghaziabad on following Contact Nos. [protected] 1st 2 days he said I will confirm your within 5 minutes even after his 5 minutes were not over and finally he gave one no. to contact [protected] I got same reply we will revert back within 5 minutes but no reply. today I have contacted again on this No. Ms. Tyagi was their see again said see will revert back within 5 minutes than I said seance last so many days I ah hearing same reply would you give me confirm reply than see said since you have not spoken to me I am not aware of it who said what see repeatedly said you should have spoken to me only. how costumer will know to who to speak without information. and started arguing with me that you should not speak to me loudly. I said seance 7 days I am not getting information than what shoul I do. Finally see said I DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU. and replied that your required items you will get after 7 days.
Is this the way to serve the customer, and the don't have the required items with them, this is monopoly items and not available in open market so from were we should get.
I hope on receipt of this you will arrange the above required items asap.

I bought 5039c john deere in last year, still now it runs only 400 hours, but i faced many porblems in this tractor. Major issues to be solved
1. Front wheel bearing hub designing:i changed number of bearings, nearly 1 bearing for every 40 hours, the design of hub may not correct. You should change it

2. Delicate excel bolts: you need to replace them

3. Gear box sound

4. Performance issuesbr...

John deere 5310 e loader.
1. We have requested to change clutch plate assembly but there is no response from the dealer.

2 - there is a alignment problem in our second tractor.
Could you please arrange service for our tractor as we call hindered time for service but there is no response. Can you please this complain on priority and do the needful.

New Tractor Lene ke time wo khe rhe te k ye pump free dala jyega parntu abb fir ik month k bad bol rhe hain k 20, 000 Rs. Lagege. Sir we bought a new 5060e in 2015
And after two year mean in 2017 January the meter stop working like problem in fuel gauge rpm gauge and more often the heat gauge
When i went to dealer they said that it is out of warranty they are charging me for a meter but what about warranty that john deere gives for 3 years im not satisfied sir

I Bought a new john deere tractor in 2012 at acharapakkam show room,in second service i got clutch plate problem, i inform to the show room incharge and also mechanic .he said that is only adjustment problem and then mechanic came and clear the problem .few days gone same problem repeated i complained again amd again the comapny did not responed .then i went to show room i took my tractor also and i dismandel the clutch plate now the show room incharge told we need to change the full set you want to pay money.till warranty peroid he said adjustment problem.after the warranty period crossed he said we need to change the full kit .very worst service expected from them .till to date he dind respond any thing .very very worst service .hi friends dont buy john deere tractor ............

I have taken Jonn Dere 5055 from Kamal Moters, Pune in April 2012, I am not satisfied with the tractor.
From first week it is giving trouble of 1) Engine heating, 2) Not proper Average 3) Extra Smoke Ex
4) Diffrance in engine colour making doubt against the model.
Due to the problems I have faced lot problems in my daily work.
Mechanics from the dealer tried their best, but the problems yet not solved & I am worried about the tractor.

My complaints are:

1. I have paid such amount to Mr. Mayank Patel, Dealer- Mobile[protected] and Mr. Bhagwanbhai Patel, Agent-Mobile[protected], but they have not give any payment receipt for the same.

2. They issued 11000/- Rs. Insurance without my knowledge and my confirmation. They generated a loan on my name without my notice and paid as insurance.

3. 15 days back they suddenly picked my tractor back without informing me the reason and till time they have not given back or not giving proper answer.

4. Still passing is not done.

5. At the time of purchase they told me that insurance and passing will be company’s responsibly.



This is clearly a cheating with a farmer after paying a full payment.

Kindly replay ASAP.
