My name is saravanan from tamil nadu i played junglee rummy past 2 years now a days i am not satisfied with the service when ever i placed withdrawal request every time they and my id proof and bank statement already 3 time i submitted now again they ask the same now i have doubt about the company is they have any chance to misuse my id and bank statement. Kindly do the needful

this is fraud site they just loofting our money and give salary to employees I am also faced the problem I placed withdrawal they put pending and ask pan card I submitted then ask my bank passbook I submitted again they ash deposit proof I told him I don't add cash via my bank account because Last time I rejected loan in bank because of adding cash In junglee rummy so I give my area Internet centre card they told OK no issues submit Paytm passbook only we will process the withdrawal after so many efforts I get the Paytm passbook from that vendor and submitted to junglee rummy now again they ask need source of deposit proof of Paytm account really I don't know how they are doing like this. Please try to publish all the social media I will support you

We understand your concerns, however, every website has their own terms of service. Our terms are informed to you before registration on the link - https://www.jungleerummy.com/termsofservice - which specifies that we may request you to send us your deposit proofs if necessary.

The proofs you had submitted were not in line with our terms of service hence, our risk management team had given you the specific requirement in the first email sent on your registered email id. Also, we tried getting in touch with you multiple times, however, due to time crunch at your end, the communication given to you over the email could not be discussed verbally.

Please note that we are a leading rummy website, and your funds are only locked in your account till we get the required proofs, and your funds cannot be used for any other purpose. As you are already aware and mentioned in our terms of service, it is very important for us to understand the source of deposits into your account which helps to give a safe environment to all our customers.

As of now, since you had submitted the authentic deposit proofs - your withdrawal got processed on December 14th, 2017.

We understand your concerns, however, as observed our team got in touch with you over the phone post locking your account and you had informed us that you are from Telangana State.

As per recent changes to the Telangana gaming act, the state has decided to not allow online Rummy for cash to be played by residents of Telangana. In compliance with the ordinance, we have made changes to our services and have stopped offering online rummy games for cash in Telangana.

In case you are playing from a location outside Telangana, then you are requested to send us the below documents to verify your KYC on our email id support@jungleerummy.com.

1. ID Proof (PAN Card/Adhaar Card/Passport/Driving Licence/Voter-ID)

2. Address Proof (Adhaar Card/ Telephone Bill/Passport/Adhaar Card/Voters Card/Electricity Bill)

By sending the above documents you also agree that you will not be depositing funds from or withdrawing funds to a bank account which is in a state where cash rummy games are restricted.
