Hi Sir, I purchased one Boat headphones from website name called https://www.justjaldi.com but justjaldi.com website sent different product through courier and payment was done by card, I received the courier but headphone is different from what I order online, when i approach to contact customer care number of justjaldi.com which they mentioned in website, those number when i dailed its directly disconnecting and online justjaldi.com tracking status it showing not delivered yet and but item delivered on 12 July 2023 03:07 Pm, So Justjaldi.com is fraud company and simply taking money from customer and no response from their side and even courier company also not responding the number which given, Please investigate and restore my money back.

There is is response from Justjaldi.com to contact replace the original one, I hope this is fraud company simply taking money from customers. Please help to get my money back.

I online purchase Boat headphone from justjaldi.com and payment done online but they delivered duplicate headphone, i was mail and call customer support but they not responding. Please help to return my money.

I shiv anand booked Mi TV 32 inch with order id O[protected] dt 06/06/2023, status shows in process since 12.06.2023 till now i.e. 18.07.2023.
I have paid online payment option with credit card of amount Rs. 7, 839.02
till now they have not delivered my product and refund also no source of getting i have filed its complaint through mail and phone but no reply was given to me from just jaldi.com. Please get me my product or my money back.

I have ordered RO filter frim their website and paid Rs.499 at time of order and rest amount was COD. After ordering They started calling me for and tried selling me other products and not giving money back . It's simply online fraud website who loots money from People and cheating them.

Don't order anything from their website.

339 rs deducted from my HDFC account through Cash on delivery, No response from Justjaldi.com to contact replace the original one, I hope this is fraud company simply taking money from customers

I have ordered a earphone but product is not delivered.. Before I checkout it shows that product deliver within 7days One month ago that product was delivered yet. Kindly take a strict action that such fraudulent company and block that website.. I need my money back..Please help with my issues

I have ordered the BOAT headphones on[protected] with order number #O[protected]-S0001...Till now the item not yet received...already the payment done to the seller...while checking the status in the justjaldi site it is showing the INprocess only...3 to 4 mails also written to the customer care but of no use...moreover nobody lifting the call center call ...it is always busy...

I ordered AirPods on 16May2023 and opted for 2day delivery which was extra on the product
Am contacting the number given in website nobody picks the call I feel it’s a fake automated call where there is no call center r something and also I have sent 5mails which I dint get reply

Very bad behaviour from delivery agent, I'm not at home so asked him for some time but he rudely disobeys and asked me cancle OTP and he told me that he is not going to wait for and asked me to cancel it immediately witha a very bad tone, I'm providing you his contact no. here . Made online payment of rs 14, 499/- through itrade internet private limited and after 2-3 hour i canceled my order because shipment date was not showing and next day amount not refunded and amount added in their store credit so i spoke to their customer care and they said that phone is out of stock you book another phone and i booked another phone using store credit as well as rs 2, 500 which was rs 16, 999/- till now they have not delivered my product and refund also no source of getting i have filed its complaint through mail and phone but no reply was given to me from just jaldi.com. Please get me my product or my money back.
