I placed an order for Roti Maker on 15th Aug 23 and paid 100% money through credit card. The standard delivery timeline was 7 days. Its going to be 20 days & still the product is not delivered.
They are not responding back on mails and most of the time when you call, they put you on hold stating checking the status & after few mins the call gets disconnected without any response. If you try again, they will not answer & you keep hearing recorded message on IVR.
I am able to talk only once & they said the product ordered is not available & they will refund my payment however so far they haven't refunded the amount.
This company is a fraud company.
I ordered Redmi 12 5g mobile phone on 27/08/2023 through JustJaldi online platform choose cash on delivery to get it company told pay 10% advance payment required so I pay the amount through net banking order no & amount received confirmation send to my mail id after that no further updates from company side.I suspicious contact customer support and they told me the order will take 7-14 days no longer wish I decided to cancel the order ask customer service what to do they told send order cancellation request mail to their company mail id and you get the advance payment get back with in 24hrs mail send but company not respond till now nobody attend the calls pls do needful pls help me to get refund the advance amount 🙏

I've not received a product ordered on 30th June, 23. And after repeatedly tracking and calling the helpline about the order, no shipping status has been updated. Emails have been sent for the same and yet no reply was received. I requested for a refund and still haven't received it yet. Now the customer care number is not receiving calls. I have been cheated.
