I have ordered product but when it got delivered it was too small that I am unable to use it and it's non returnable And my money has been wasted. I am trying to connect with customer support but no one is responding

received on 17.09.23 with big size and dirty spots on pant
requsted for return on same day 17.09.23and xb executive came on 18.09.23 to pick up and rejected due to vary with photo.
For this i called to customer care and explained the matter.
They assured that reshedulled for pick up in couple of days.
But message is there in app that pick up unsuccessful.
Again i tried to contact customercare but no response.
Pls look into the matter and resolve the issue.
Order kiye the lekin delivery k baad apne ko box mai sirf 2 pcs the, same day complaint raise kiye lekin 7 days k baad v pick up nahi hue aur na hi refund aaye.

This is Priyanka, just bought a pair of headphones but Unfortunately I received wrong item totally. It's plain black in image on site but got printed designed on it. I want to return it. But none of your representatives are responsible. They are not responding properly to my query.

if you raise complaint some fraud people are trying to call you and withdraw money from your account through spoofing.
Be careful. There is some big level of fraud going on here.
