Complained about main burner malfunction to customer care on july 18th. Technician came next day and informed part needs replacement. Informed him to get necessary done as burner a safety hazard. Was told part expected in 10 days. Nearly 2 months have passed, no resolution nor any confirmation about part availability. Consistent follow up has yielded no result. Each time told wait a week.
