I bought a burner set of 5 pc for my personal use about one and half year back.

All of a sudden the glass burst and luckily i was saved.

I have been complaint this to the delhi office regarding but nobody has bothered to even see my problem.

I am going to take this matter up to germany to show the after sales service.

I shall even write to the german embassy.

I am totally shocked and ashamed of how we are treated by such a big company.

I am a senior citizen and its been now 3 weeks since this glass top burst and no executive even inspected.

The complaint is being done almost every day and a deaf year is being made.

Mr dudeja is not even bothering to respond.

I demand my money back or a replacement.

My son lives in munich and i shall be taking this matter forward.

Remember one unsatisfied customer leads to 100s unsatisfied.

Dear mr rohit dudeja,

This is to inform you we bought a gas stove of kaff about 18 months back but this stove had a glass tom with 5 burners (I have 2 connection in the same kitchen) but theis glass top suddenly burts with 1000 small pcs of glass all around.

This glass pcs we are nervous to touch and is still as it is.

No one has bothered to do anything except a word of sorry.

It is now more than 2 weeks.

I am going to take legal action soon if my problem is not solved and also put this word to germany kaff head office if my problem is not solved.

It could have created a mess if i was cooking at that time. Fortunately i was not.

But being the senior head instead of your staff advising me to buy from here and there you should look into my problem and solve it.

Pls give me the e-mail id of your head office too asap

Pls do not ignore my mails as all legal actions will be at the cost of your company for the sub-standard product sent to us.

Dear sir,

This is to inform i have been making a complaint for past 2 weeks regarding the kaff gas stove (Burners with 5 stove0 at full price from your company.

In less than 5 years the glass top just burst with a sound and came to pcs.

When i made a complain i was given a dealers no. Saying just buy anther one.

I am totally surprised that i bought a product from a multi national branded company and a sub-standard product has been sold to me.

My latest complaint no. Is kf152055 and the gas is in the regd no. [protected].

Pls kindly note the glass 1000 small pcs are still on its place and i have small grand children in the house.

I am a senior citizen and i want an early action of replacement to be done.

Moreoevr i need the general managers no. And e-mail contact too.

    Horrible service. Kaff chimney yet to be repaired. Lying on my house floor because the technician removed it in the pretext of repairing and disappeared. Logged a complaint on sept 3 which was closed without being resolved. Relogged sept end. One technician visited, said i have to change the motor and went away. After so many calls and a month later, another one fixes the motor but said capacitor needs to be changed.. We are still waiting for the individual... The technicians don’t waste time in replying that you are not answering your phone which happened only twice and despite telling them to show up anyway given that someone is always home. Even if you call back after a missed call within the hour, there is no response.. Customer care asks us to call technician directly and i have no clue what their job is. Pathetic.. We are going to move to another manufacturer.

    I had called five times since.. both to customer care Kaff and to the technician Ravi Yadav who had dismantled the chimney. His number is 9848310961. The technician has now conveniently blocked my calls and not responding. We tried to call from a different number and he answered. However, he kept saying that I cannot hear you and hung up and no further call backs. Customer care gave me Keerthi - a supervisor's number 040422252015 and it is not functional.         I've asked for servicing of my kaff n604bgff hob as it was not working properly and they assigned a company called goservice (Bommanahalli, bangalore) which is a third class company. Their servicemen came on 06-oct-2017 and while repairing he broke the spark plug. When i asked for replacement he said we will provide you in 1 week. Its more than a month now there is no update from kaff neither goservice. Whenever i call goservice their representative miss swetha dont answer the call. I called from different number one day and she said "sir please talk to my manager, i cant do anything. When i said i'l file a case she said do whatever you want"
        This is the real face of company like kaff. They sell their products in high rate and provide third class service.
        I want a stringent action this company else i'l move to karnataka consumer forum and i'l settle this in court

          chimney circuit board

          Kaff's is the most pathetic service i have seen. Their service engineer has taken my circuit board close to a month ago (It's under warranty) and still no reply as to when my circuit board wil come. I am totally fed up of calling them. Each time i need to call, i am given some excuse or other. I was told that the piece will be coming in last wednesday. It's been 1.5 weeks now... Still no response. What sort of crap service is this. I am not...

          I bought the above model of a kaff chimney in march 2017. The chimney started malfunctioning within 10days and we had called kaff to request service. Ever since then we have called 14 times over 7 months. Kaff never bothered sending anyone over, but always promised they would act on the issue.

          Given it has been over 7 months i suspect kaff will probably never send anyone and i have essentially lost my money. What are my options to try and recover the approx inr20k i had paid for the product?

            I bought a large modular kitchen 10 years back and insisted on kaff hinges and fittings. There are 30 doors including 4 corner units. Hinges of these corner units have been breaking down every 2-3 years and i have replaced the corner units 3 times during this period. This time i do not want to just replace hinges again but insist on getting confirmation from kaff if:
            The hinges are faulty
            If not why breaking regularly?
            Your service engineer mr. Nagendra visited about 3 weeks back and did not find any thing wrong in fixing of hinges.
            Have talked to mr. Nandish your customer care chief a number of times for solution. He has stopped taking my calls. He does not have one.
            Can you give a solution. Shall i go for another make - say hettich or some other suggestion.
            You have a very unhappy customer. I am former director of siemens.
            Pl solve! Save reputation of german products and service.

              It's been over a month since i placed complaint for my oven not heating. It was after 2 weeks that technician sarnveer singh visited after repeated calls. He made some guesswork, made me pay in advance of 2500/- for a new filament and then disappeared for another 2 weeks, saying that he will visit after part is procured. On visiting again and change of filament my oven is still not working. I was promised another visit by a more senior technician, which hasn't happened so far and the said technician is absconding.

              This is clearly a situation of very poor after sales service by kaff. Their technicians are inept and not trained enough to understand the working of the appliance they are assigned to attend to.

              To top it all kaff itself doesn't follow up on pending complaints or help expedite inspite of repeated calls. Really sorry state of affairs. This will surely have to be the first and the last appliance from the company from me.

                I have purchased kaff hob from snap deal on august 24 2017. After 15 day for installation a person name harsha came to attain the sevice. He was very irresponsible with the product and which lead to damage of a igniter of one of the burner. When the parcle was arrived it was in the best condition with out any damage but with the technistions mistake it was broken while installing and when we asked him he said he will replace and wrote a complaint letter and the igniter will replace in next 15 days he said later on he collected ₹ 1000 as installation fees
                After 18 days we called him back after waiting for 15 days
                But the responsible person delayed the work saying it will arrive today - tommaro
                Again waiting for 4days we called back and we got the news that the igniter is arrived but we have to pay ₹400 again to the technistions but my question is why should we pay the 400 as we have not damaged that it was completely technistions mistake?
                Then on 29th september they said the technistions will come but as usual he didn't come.. On the same day we contacted kaff customer care and we got some rubbish answer that u ll get call from us in 15min - half an hour.. Or u will get a call from our technistions. Till the present day we dint get any positive response from the customer care. I must say kaff is having the worst service with there customer

                  We bought 2 chimneys and cooktops atgurgaon on 21 sept and same day request for installation was submitted. No response was received for installation; we even called at call centre couple of times but always received reply that you will get a call back within next one hour, but nobody responded.                   It's been almost a week now but nobody has contacted for installation.

                      We have purchased nova60 chimney from shiv shakti appliances shiva market pitam pura delhi and get it installed at d-133 ashok vihar phase - 1 delhi on 27/7/2017. Invoice no 5195 dated 27/07/2017.
                      This product is not working properly and we had made complaint sevral times and mr gulab singh visted the site and after that nothing is resolved by him he only replies that you contact with the dealer and the other side dealer says you contact to the company directly... We are in trouble and my wife is suffering from sinex disease and for this she has to suffer more please resolve the matter otherwise we will go toward consumer court

                      I had issues with Kaff hob burners and have logged a complaint with Kaff on 28th June 2017 and its been three months and still waiting for this complaint to be resolved.

                      I have contacted many times on customer care number, and I have been assured that some one from technical team will contact me, but I have not received any call.

                      I have purchased a OTG from home tree in pondicherry since 1 month ago. But till today I have not got any demo of OTG, though I have requested several time to that shop.                         kaff nord 4 burner hob

                        Complained about main burner malfunction to customer care on july 18th. Technician came next day and informed part needs replacement. Informed him to get necessary done as burner a safety hazard. Was told part expected in 10 days. Nearly 2 months have passed, no resolution nor any confirmation about part availability. Consistent follow up has yielded no result. Each time told wait a week....

                        I am not satisfied with the customer service department of kaff appliances India. I purchased a stove from kaff model no. KHB86BR5 on 28.11.15. I didn't had any Complaint previously, but on 21.7.17 nozel of my stove got broken due to shifting the kitchen. I called the customer care service of kaff and they gave me complaint number KF116825 (on 21.7.17). On 22.7.17 the technician Visted my home and told me to wait for 2-3days as the nozel was not available. It's 8.8.17 today and no reply came from the company nor from the technician. I called them regularly but they always told that next day nozel will be fixed and the next day never came yet.
                        And also Ms.shivani who attended me on helpline was refusing for connecting to a senior available there. I requested her several time and then she connected me to Mr. Niranjan who apolazised and ensured me that the nozel will be fixed the next day (which was today on 8.8.17) but no one came today to attend me. Its a hectake for me to arrange food every day for my family. I request you to take strict action on kaff appliances India. And it's over 20 days and my problem is not solved yet. I hope you will do the hopefull at the earliest.

                          Dear sir / ma'am,

                          I would like to bring under your notice that i have registered a complaint with customer care since 21st, july'2017 of leakage of gas at a very high rate.

                          Sorry to say despite raising an emergency alarm no one came to attend it. Since then we are not able to use cooking range and doing up a follow up on it everyday. No result at the end.

                          Writing this after facing so much disappointment from customer care's lazed around team. Please suggest a way out to resolve it at the earliest.

                          The last resort would be posting the same on kaff's fb page to highlight my experience with the company, if my request left unattended in a day or two.

                          Hope to get it resolved on urgent basis!

                              Firstly, the engineer took around 10 days to pay a visit and informed me that a part of the induction will have to be changed which i agreed to. The part was then repaired and brought back after a few days but the induction still would not function.

                              The engineer then took the whole induction with him telling me they would repair it and re install it within the next five days.
                              Since then, it has been more than a month and a half and i've still not got my induction and upon regular follow up with the service centre, they keep telling me every time that it will reach next week.

                              Upon my last chat with them today, they still did not have any idea where my product is and when will it reach me. My frustration level has now touched its peak and i want immediate clarification on this matter or i will be forced to take some action against the company that they have taken my product for repair and now not returning it to me.

                              I bought kaff chimney a while back ago and its still in its warranty period. All of a sudden it went into issue of not working on fan speed 2 but works in low and high modes. Any solutions up for these ?

                              l iam calling them 5 times they will tell service engineer will contact u within 15 minutes no one calls compliant number kf 140022 they r giving mental torcher for public bzc of there engineer we r facing problem he broken igniter while installing he promised us he get within 15 days we had waiting for 18 days no response after that called him then they started tell tommaro tommaro again after 8 days finally igniter came now again engineer HARSHA wants 400 while installing he has taken 1000 rs it was he mistake it's broken then y we guy's have to pay when we had argue with him he said he will not come soo we called for there service office in Mangalore so ladies archna said he will not i[censored] r not giving 400 rs so after that we had called to customer care on 29 /09/2017 daily I will call customer care 5 daily I get only one answer within 15 minutes technistions will call but no one is calling when I ask to customer care operates
                              To connect there senior no one 8s connecting I think I have made mistake to purchase kaff hobtop guy's plzz don't buy kaff product very bad service no proper response from operates very waste

                                last year we requested for extra filter for my chimney with your chennai dealer and reminded through their service representative mr jayarajan

                                Its been 45 days, since i logged complaint with reference :: 90020 with toll Free number, Technician must visited, there is issue with wire.

                                  I have bought a chimney of KAFF in the year 2017 and it is not even an year old. In early april something happened within my chimney of its own and the inside portion of the chimney got fire. Due to which the chimney burnt and to stop that we had to put soil on it otherwise due to this chimney my home could have also caught fire.
                                  Now regarding this i have complained on kaff customer care on 15th April and firstly your personnel troubled me a lot and he took 10 days to even attend me secondly since then he has taken my motor and not responding for it in a proper way. Then he is saying we cannot do anything even if your chimney is in warranty as it is an accident.
                                  I being an upcoming lawyer myself also know this that what is a difference between an accident and a FAULT within an electronic product. I have studies various case studies on this and the thing i came across is that it is due to fault in the chimney.
                                  I have purchased the good high end model of your chimney and i seriously expected some good customer satisfaction from the company with such a good reputation. I seriously am very appointed with the service. And i have all the recordings of all the conversations i have had with any of your staff till date. It is hereby please requested to kindly look into the matter on an urgent basis otherwise i have no other option and go to consumer court for the same. Kindly treat it as the final notice in a written form. Earlier i also have all verbal communications recorded.
                                  My complaint id is KF - 85185 made on 15th april.

                                    I purchased a chimney kaff model bass mx-60 k/c from your dealer m/s maruti interiors, g s road, suraj nagar, six mile, guwahati vide retail invoice no 2301 dated 08 may 2017. It was installed on 10th may 2017. The concerned representative was mr. Basishtha asm from kaff, guwahati.

                                    A few days after installation the chimney was switched on but had to be immediately switched off due to a cracking sound inside. On lodging the issue to mr. Basishtha, two technicians were deputed who came late around 8.15 pm in the evening. On inspection they found the two flaps which fit over the motar and cover under the pipe obstracting the functioning of the chimney. The defect was attended to, but not the entire satisfactory level. These flaps work like door when the machine on these flaps suppose to get open to pass the suctioned air. But these flaps remain closed. The representative was scheduled to visit again but did not do so as scheduled. Today on 25th may 2017 again a another service representative mr. Umesh kalita who was advised by kaff representative mr basistha ([protected]) came to inspect but he didn't open the machine as complained by us as a customer to show him the issue. But he had refused as he was in hurry and said he had been informed only for the noise... Enclosing the bill and a footage of the area.

                                    It is really in fortunate to experience such a poor response from your people who claimed to be best in industries. After having such issues i will not recommend to any body for kaff. Even i have been told few users to avoid kaff hence this has been proved.

                                    Kindly request you to take up this issue on priority for appropriate remedial action at the earliest...
