Respected Sir, Madam, I Rashmireka Das, Reside in CG Cherry Pick Apartments, Perumbakkam. I had my Kaff Chimney filter to be replaced. I called one of the Kaff dealer on mobile Number [protected](Suraj Enterprise) having Chennai office in No. 68, Dahanalakshmi Nagar, Madha Nagar main Road, Porur, Chennai-600016, Mobile – [protected], A service person came home within 3 hours, he said that the Chimney needs to be serviced at the service center and he need to take it along. He took the Chimney in his bike. Then around evening I got a call from Shiva Kumar (mobile [protected]) saying the Chimney motor need to be replaced as it does not work. I asked him to get the Chimney as it is because the motor works absolutely fine since it a very new Chimney, then he said the both the filter need to be replaced and it cost around 2800/ he asked me to pay him in google pay. I did the payment for the filter and 500 advance for the Chimney service. While I was away without any intimation his service guy came home fixed the Chimney, there is a crack in the front glass panel, the screw are missing, the filter he replaced is old and duplicate, when I touch the filter its simple getting broken. I called Shiva Kumar on his mobile [protected] saying the filter is not new and duplicate why did he charge me 2800/ also no service is done as I can see the Chimney is not even washed. The screw is missing, the glass planed is broken, he immediately disconnect the call. I tried reaching him again and again but he didn’t pick his call also the service person who came home, his name is Dilip and his number is [protected] also didn’t pick the call. Then I messaged Shiva Kumar in his whatsapp number [protected] saying if he don’t pick my call and don’t replace the filter to new I will go to police station. He respond me back with all bad words saying ### you, ### your mother, Send your daughter to me and all…I have attached all evidence, the bill, the payment evidence I have done to him, the picture of the filter, also his whatsapp message. I am writing this so that this guy does not cheat anyone else. Some action has to be taken so that he learn a lesson. Thanks.
