then y there are so many complaints about kalazone. nw im worried will i get my product or not.

cotton sarees do not buy.all are defective .pallu are coming on right hand side .total waste of money .playing with the trust of buyers .totally cheater and fraud

gujrat govt must evolve some legal mechanism under consumer protection act to check cheating and frauds of on line shopping sites like KALAZONE SILK MILLS

I, Milton placed a order at kalazone on 15th Nov, 09 (Order No. 4485) via Kalazone website after viewing the commercial shown the tv. The details of the order is given below.

1 x COTTON DESIGNER NECK DAMAN (D2897) = Rs.616.00
1 x GEORGETTE TISSUE EMBROIDERY (S1617) = Rs.1, 497.00
1 x GEORGETTE DOUBLE BORDER (S1678) = Rs.747.00
1 x PURE COTTON MIROR EMBROIDERY (D2742) = Rs.548.00
Sub-Total: Rs.3, 408.00
Flat Rate (Best Way): Rs.380.00
Total: Rs.3, 788.00

The booking was done in form of VPP.
Unfortunately on 7th Dec, 09 I received a parcel from kalazone via Dept. of Post, Agartala. When I open that parcel it contain only three low quality product the details of the product is given below.

That means, after paying of 3788.00 Rupees I get only 430.00 Rupees product. Immediately I placed a complain to kalazone via telephone as well as FAX media. I get a reply that this problem is created by of Post dept so accordingly they placed a complain in the post dept.
But I told severally that the weight written in the bill, sent by themselves is equal to the parcel which I received from post office i.e. 2170 grams. Where as the amount and the product name is same as I placed on the website. That means the average weigh of the each product is 543.5 grams. Where as the weight of each product is given below (as per kalazone website)

1 x GEORGETTE TISSUE EMBROIDERY (S1617) = 1150 grams
1 x GEORGETTE DOUBLE BORDER (S1678) = 800 grams
1 x PURE COTTON MIROR EMBROIDERY (D2742) = 800 grams

Total weight of the whole product is 3550 grams
That’s means the weight product shown in the site or adv. Is not same as actual product or some employee intentionally cheating us.
Initially they reply properly and saying that they are trying but now they are now properly behaves particularly an employee name Rajesh. Now I realized that I am doing a wrong deal and I may not go for online shopping any more. So request all the personal aware about this if possible do something for me or punished that cheater company.

I was taked 3 saries from kalazone but i get only one sari correct and other than 2 are different, colours are different

itoo ordetr 3 sarees but igot only one sareewhich was damage one and other is gents kurta and other is pyjama ladies isend it back to kalazone

My order number is 2090, I had placed the order online on 10 Jan' 09, & paid Rs 3488.16 online through PAYPAL. Still I received packet by VPP(Post master is asking for billed amount i.e. 3488.16) I am in confusion whether to pay again or reject the order. In both the cases it will be my financial loss.I was planning to place one more order but now I have to think again.

i am Rinku Ghosh from Guwahati Assam. i have place an order on sep they send me the wrong sarees i send them back to kala zone but again they have done the same mistake. whenever i give an oder they send the wrong parcels. and 1 more thing is whenever i said to customer care that they i have a complain then they are very rude especially Mr. Dev.all are very rude to the customers.

This is a third class silk mills as my money has already been debited from my account but I have not received my things as of yet. VP TIWARI / MEGHA / RAJESH DUBEY all are bluffing people. They do not know how to deal with the customers.

I am a housewife and saw the ad of Kala Zone on tv. I decided to open the website to know more about the company and products. While browsing google, a complaint website came across and decided to go throught it. When I saw this complaint, I decided not to saw any inquisitiveness to start this business unless I satisfy myself whether how far this complaint is carrying truth.

Could you please clarify this so that I can decide further whether I should start the business with Kala Zone or not.

Kalazone is really useless, if you are planning to buy any goods from that, I seriously warn you, better order from some other site or order for a dd, please dont use paypal. Here is my experience, I sent money via paypal, now the courier company asks me for payment again. I told them that I already paid, but they disagree with me, So I have to choices, 1. To pay again. 2. To forget my goods and to forget the money I sent. Please dont order through kalazone, they are useless.

I have posted 1 consignment to raipur (SP EN[protected]IN) yet it has not been delievered though it was said that it would be delievered with in 3 days .
It has been 7 days over no result of consignment being delievered

i hav seen many complaints. i have also ordered many products from kalazone if you are cheater i will file case against you people.

I have place my order 2 months ago, they charged my credit card for aud200.00, I still did not receive ny sarees. I have sent several emails no one reply. Kalazone is a fraud company.Can the Indian government do something about this.They need to be reported to police.

But after looking at the complaint page, I think it is better to go to the nearest retail showroom of yours, check personally and buy instead of ordering through VPP.

So, Pl mail me the contact no and adress of the nearest retail showroom at the earliest as it is a bulk purchase for a marriage purpose.

first time i purchursed it took time but the goods arrived with one diffault sarree the second time this month they say the money is not in there account whilst paypal confirms they have recieved the payment . like all you suffering customers i think they should all go to school and study inglish to start, or a course in honesty and buissness would be good for them because they are all trained in passing the phone to each other like saying to us there is ahigher person in command of our orders that are being processed i think somebody with guts should take the gujarat police there and some people should get questioned in the police station unfortunately i am from abroad and cannot do this the other option is to also advertise our complaints in tv saying kalazone silk mills is not upto standard this would shake them up and maybe then a new workforce would be employed and there company would prosper one thousand times more .

I had sent ONE consignment from AHEMADABAD to LUCKNOW doc no[protected] through TRAKON COURIOR which contains two packets which were properly wraped by Trackon courior boy and sent to lucknow but after 7-8 days after dispatch it could not deliverd to concern person .
