Not send Sarees as per demand

I Dr. Dulal Dey, made an order on 05.06.2009 for three saree and one dress to Kalazone silk Mills by watching Their TV-Ad. I have recieved one saree ( Russian Sequin Embroidary of Rs. 317/-) and one dress ( Black chicken of Rs.296) worth of Rs.613/- on 09.07.2009. But I have paid Rs.3294/- as VPP-Cost to post office. Although my requisition was different.Kindly, help me how can I get my remaining Sarees.

sarees not recieved

I suryanath tiwari ordered for sarees but instead they send me some old books in a very good packing since it was send from vpp the postman took the whole price of the packing but when i opened the packing there was papers and old books. there was a invoice and the bill no. was vpp-2286. i dont understand why kalazone has cheated me.if being a coustemer is foolishness then i am a big fool.pls do somthing so that kalazone could not fool any...

received goods by VPP in spite of online payment

Received Goods by VPP inspite of online payment.

Sir,
My order number is 2090, I had placed the order online on 10 Jan' 09, & paid Rs 3488.16 online through PAYPAL. Still I received packet by VPP(Post master is asking for billed amount i.e. 3488.16)

After registering complaint, I got reply that it will be dispatched again with different item, I agreed but still i have not yet received,

Mentally Haressment

I had Ordered a 20000/- of Dress Material & Sarees Total they have send a 77 material but in this they have send 16 material of defactive piece.Again i have send them back through courier.but no response from their side. After this i have order of 20000/- material on 18/08/08 but yet they have not send it me. I make a call to them they tranfer the line here n their and telling we have send it you will receive with in week.Around 30 call...
