1st time I ordered 2 sarees on kalamandir online shopping site. It was a prepaid order, by mistake I ordered 2 Saree with the same pattern but the color is different so I wanted to cancel one order. Within few minutes I requested support team to cancel the order #[protected] but they didn't reply, and today evening I received mail from support team stating that 24 hour is over so order will not be cancelled which is very disappointing. I never experienced this kind of service in other online shopping sites.
However, today again I ordered one more Saree but I was forced to choose cod because of the bad service.

I also want to continue my relationship with kalamandir in near future if the service satisfies me.
Kindly request the team to cancel the order #[protected] and initiate refund.

Kalamandir customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Another update on the same complaint, when I request them to cancel the order#[protected], it was only in ordered status but not in dispatched or shipped status. So please help to cancel the order and initiate the refund to continue the relationship.

    Hi kalamandir,

    Hope yo are doing good.
    I have purchased saree today, the quality of the saree is not even worth the price I have paid. The most worst experience I have faced being your customer. I will never shop with yo again and never! The saree has small small knots and the thread are coming out from the saree! Which yo will expect from silk saree?? What kind of discount or the quality yo are giving to a customer?? I have escalated this to consumer forum. This is highly disappointed! The way yo handle customer and the way yo cheat customer with so high price. In this past two years being your customer, Iam highly disappointed and I seriously looking to return the product and I do not want to be your customer any more. What the heck of service yo guys are giving being a reputed saree company!

    Hi, I had been to exchange my saree today. Today they were absolutely good at their service. The way they showed up to the customer are very good. they followed up with me immediately and they resolved my issue. I would like to thank all teh staffs over their in Chickpet store. Being a customer, I have received the best service from their end. I like to convey my best wishes to Jagadish sir who addressed my concern and helped me throughout the process. I got the best saree and they showed up the best collection. Even though they did not had exchange option today. They allowed me to exchange and I have received the best one. Thank yo Kalamandir and Jagadish sir. You being amazing. Apologies for the trouble, however i wanted the best service as always from their so I had to raise this concern. Kalamandir is a emotion for me as always!

        I purchased two shirts from kalamandir, market building, bhubaneswar odisha. When i went home and again check the shirts i found one shirt to have some holes on shoulder and chest. So i went back to the shop within the replacement time but the manager misbehave to me and instead accused me that i have done it myself. What the hell does they think that we are that cheap to make such excuses. With such rude behaviour of the staff i am really surprised and also to a senior citizen no less. At least teach your staff to behave and co-operate with the customer (Especially elderly people).

          I always buy my clothes from kalamandir at kukkatpally since 10 years. I never had any problem except this time. The sales guy was very rude when displaying the collection & the tailor after taking two days time to alter the stitches of the dress, gave me back without doing so. With this one situation that has happened, i have decided to buy from your collection.
          Thank you.
          Ps: try recepting your customers.

                I have purchased one dress in the month of march. But I have wore it only once on the festival day ie Ugadi. Later in the last week of April I have given the dress for dry cleaning as I wanted to wear the dress for my friend marriage reception going to be held on 9 May. But after dry cleaning the entire colour of dress got shaded, I have been informed by the dry cleaning agent about the same. I have immediately taken the dress to the shop and asked them. But the manager of the showroom blamed me that I havenot given for dry cleaning instead I have done hand wash. I told him that i havent done any hand wash and had given for dry cleaning. But he didnt listen at all. Instead he said that for the damage he is ready to give me Rs 300 discount on the next purchase of any of their product. Is this the way they treat a customer ????????That means the customer has to suffer for the improper quality of the product and the shopping mall is not ready to bear the loss on one product at all even though they are enjoying a lots of profit on n number of products they sell.....Pls dont visit big mallls which makes us fools by showing all humgama

                  my name is jina smamntray,today on 4.05.2011.i went to kalamandir bhubaneswar to buy a saree .i weant there at nearly 12:30 pm. i first choose a saree and asked them for billing it .then suddenly i asked if they had saree ranging from 1000 to 1200. one salesperson said in a very rude way "abhi lunch time hogaya hai".the other said ,"madam you can see the saree."when i went to the counter the sales person was talking over...

                  Dear Sir,

                  I purchased a churidar from Kalamandir worth around Rs.2000/-.In the second wear itself, the cloth got pinched all over the body.I approached them for a solution.They given me a blame accuse that they wont keep the records more than a month and misbehaved with me.In fact, the transactions were recorded in the kalamandir Club membership card,which I carried with me,from that they can easily track it.I approached them twice for this, and during my first visit they told me to come on a week day,I applied leave and went to their show room second time and they did not treat me well.

                  Please take an action to stop selling the damaged products and cheating the customers.

                  I am from Vapi.we ware go to kalamandir at vapi.we purchased a gold.but your staff response very very bad.no buddy shown the gold design.very very bad experience at vapi kalamandir.we think next time will not go at kalamandir for the gold purchase and also inform to relatives and friends that not go at kalamandir for purchase. I Am sharing this fault to social media.

                    I had purchased ready-made dresses at Kalamandir, Mallesharam, Bangalore. I was issued a lucky draw coupon bearing number 000511. The goods were purchased during the month of October 2008. As per the terms and conditions printed on the draw coupon, the draw should have been conducted long back. In spite of my frequent oral inquiries, I was told the draw would be conducted at the earliest, but no draws have taken place till date. I just wanted to bring the matter to everyone's notice.
