I am resident of kalyan west wadeghar area.. Building name is vihang view.. Some unknown people are cutting trees near our building premises (Backside of building).. After requesting many times they are cutting trees... We park our vehicles where we used to get shadow of trees since they have cut the trees it is impossible to get shadow as well as fresh air.. I have photos n video of those guys.. Please take necessary action asapbr...

Dear sir,
i am staying at deslepada near sidhivinayak hall, shree ganesh nagar dombivili east but there are major issue of garbage/kachara on street and same are not collected by kdmc. this garbage spreading bad smell, odor& dangerous to health in safety manner. please advise you to look at the matter on priority before its major issue.
look at the matter before it effect on local public health....

We are facing very heavy Drainage from last 5 to 6 months chambers in the nearby Road and smelly water logging in front of the society gate. its overflowing and producing very bad smell. it will cause for illness. We lodge Written complaints to KDMC Office. But still no reply from their end. please clean and help us to solve...

The areas behind shriram talkies such as saibaba colony, mahesh colony, patil colony and other colonies are not clean the dranage line is also dirty
raklmabai nagar behind shriam talkies is vey dirty because of the garbage which is on the road side the people which are living there has many issues of that garbage and they are getting sick because of the garbage .

As Secretary of Sai Satyam Homes Co-op Housing Society Kalyan West, we would like to point out that since last one month we are not getting proper pressure in our society due to which water is getting less and inconvenience to people, please KDMC officials check and solve it properly. This is a humble request.

We are facing dog barking and biting issue near to our society. I request to send dog squad and take these dogs to the KDMC custody for further process. you can find these dogs around our society.

Dear sir/mam, I have complaint regarding a biter dog in our area since 10 to 15 times at your office even I text you the address more than 5 times but no dog catcher van has came till since 2 to 3 month I'm taking followup our address is Milind nagar f cabin salve chawal near old Buddha vihar katemanvali Kalyan East 421306

A dog already catched my family member to my mother and brother also
My mother was admitted for one day due to bite the bite was very dangerous
Requesting to your department once again to take a necessary action against it

I am writing to express serious concerns about the aggressive stray dogs in our neighborhood, specifically within Sai Shrushti, Gauripada, Kalyan West. These dogs have become a big problem for the safety of the people who live here, especially the old people and kids.

The situation has become very dangerous for anyone who wants to go out, whether it's on a bike or scooter. Even walking outside at night is risky because of these aggressive dogs. They are not like other stray dogs who are scared of humans. I've seen them hunting wild pigs and eating them. This behavior is very scary and dangerous for us.

These dogs pose a significant threat to residents, both inside and outside the society gate, as well as in front of the Godrej Park building. We need urgent help to deal with this problem. I request your assistance in sending people to catch these aggressive dogs and remove them from our area. We also need measures in place to make sure this doesn't happen again and to keep our community safe.

Please take this matter seriously and act quickly. The safety of the people here is very important, and we need your help to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

On 13 Mar 2024, I attempted to pay my KDMC property tax online through a QR code using the UPI method KDMC website. The amount of ₹ 17809 was debited from my bank account. However, the payment gateway marked the transaction as failed and the payment was not reflected on the KDMC portal.

As of today, the deducted amount has not been refunded to my bank account nor has the tax been marked as paid on the KDMC portal

Hi Sir/Madam
My room is in shivaji colony. Nobody lives there since 2016 and there is no water/ electricity required. I paid water bill of rupees 7908.00 including 2508.00 as penalty and actual bill of rupees 5400.00 from 2019. I understand even though nobody lives there, i should be entitled to pay the minimum due. however, KDMC staff asked me to pay in full first.
Can i please request to get the calculation of why and how amount is charged on me as i also know if there are no uses of any subscribed item, the amount charged on that must be a minimum due amount.

This is to bring to your notice that, we are having lot of issues with the stray dogs in our society. This is causing lot of trouble to us. Everyone scared of going out of the houses after 9 pm. Playing in society is not safe for our kids. it became horrible situation today when few dogs sitting in our society, tried to attack on kids, we were clueless at the time as inspite of running towards them and scaring them they were still trying to attack and bite kids. We have tried to raise complaint earlier but have no idea on how we can expedite this issue to you authority. We are dependent on you and hoping to get some help from your side

I am writing this because the dog population is increasing day by day in Milap Nagar MIDC area. From 3 days I am getting attacked by dogs in morning and at late night. Many small kids were also attacked by this dogs who are riding bicycle. Need immediate action from your side. These dogs are near :
1. Plot no: RH-32 to RH-42 ROAD
2. Plot no: RH-80 to RH-85 ROAD
3. Near Siddhivinayak Mandir
I request you to take these dogs as it is very unsafe for people to travel from this roads by bike or by bicycle or by walk.

This is to inform you that building name Krishna villa, Thakurli East khambalpada Bhoir wadi constructed by Krishna construction owner SheshAram Choudhri .this building project is iligal .did not take any permission from KDMC and other related authorities. already fir filed against the builder in the Tilaknagar police station Dombivali by Krishna villa society member. but still any action took against the builder by KDMC. some of poor people did trapped in builder kindly request you to kindly take appropriate action against the builder.

I mr Kadam Vikas k age 54 residing in Ambika Darshan, buld no 2, flat no 2, near khadan and sumangal hospital chinchpada road, kalyan east wold like to inform you and complain against the Owner(unknown person)of the car MH05EA2713 who has left the car in a position which is causing inconvenience to us.This illegal parking in front of building exit gates is causing nuisance as the car and a bike is left for more than 10 days, we are unable to take our own car out due to this.

Car has been parked at our building exit by unknown person for several days, we are facing problems to drive our car in and out.

Dear Sir,

We the members of Eknath Krupa, Eknath Mhatre Nagar, Rokell Galli, Sant Namdeo Path no. 2, Gograswadi, Dombivli East Thane - 421201 (KDMC- F Ward) have been facing acute water shortage for last more than 2-3 months. Owing to this we only receive 10 mins water supply in our homes which is not enough to even fill the drinking water, let alone washing the clothes.

We have already formally complained about the concerned matter to KDMC twice and the associated acknowledgement have been attached for reference.

We are a residential society building comprising of 25 flats. From the previous water bills, we understand we were receiving around 23-25 units of water everyday, which has now reduced to mere 6 units per day i.e. 25% or 1/4th of the original capacity, for absolutely unexplainable reasons.

Other buildings in the area are also facing a similar shortage in water supply and have already formally complained to KDMC but to no respite.

We request the good offices of KDMC to kindly action on this, as water is the basic necessity and such acute shortage hampers the day-to-day work and life.
