This is with regards to the unhygienic facility at our lady of Lourdes school, located at kalyan west, there have been a large number of children being reported of dengue fever in the school and there seems to be no maintenance of hygiene in the school. there is a fountain which is a breeding ground for mosquitoes and a dirty water filter bedsides the school, the toilets of the school are worst than any road side toilets, and innocent children are forced to go to the same.after many complaints to the school authority there seems to be no change

I am a resident of Thakurli and stay near Visarjan Talao. For the last one week there is continuous mike canvassing/announcement regarding purchase of Ganpati idol made of shadumati clay.
Though the information is useful and necessary, the making of announcement every 20 minutes from morning 7 am to evening 10 pm.

Sir, there are several societies in the nearby area comprising of students, aged people as well as sick people. The continuous announcement not only disturb the students but the voice also irritates and create headace for aged people, some of who are already suffering from migrane, headace etc due to aging.

It is therefore requested to kindly look into the matter and do the needful as there is nearly a month left of Ganesh Chaturti and the continuous annoucement till then will be really annoying and disturbing.

At Gulmohar housing society, at Raheja Complex, Near New vani vidyalaya school Kalyan west 421301, the garbage trucks don't come on daily basis. Some day only wet waste truck comes and some day dry waste truck. But daily we need both dry and wet waste garbage truck at Gulmohar society. Kalyan. Many days both trucks don't come so please take action against them .
Lot of garbage gets accumulated in our building if both wet and dry waste...

I have tried using the KDMC official website for the payment of Property tax. The payment went well and the amount was deducted from my account but the payment portal said there was an issue in processing the payment. I would like to know the status of the payment and the next steps to be taken for completion of the payment

Please this is request you to catch Street dogs behind Hanuman mandir (beside Chinese corner) there are 15+ dogs at one time hanging around area also dogs have bited many people.

I have paid the Property tax for Property No : C2A[protected] Flat 19.
Amount :- 5497 INR

My account is deducted with payment amount .But still its showing pending and Status as pending .

Kindly update the payment details am attaching the PAyment receipt.

Quality of diva manpada road worst, road has constructed on 7th June 2023 and today is 4th June 2023 not even 1 month the road has survived. There are too many potholes. This is a only single road connect to sandap gaav everyday facing difficulty while travelling from this road

There is a tree on the road near the ACP office, near lourdes church kalyan west. Next to Alishan building, which has broken the church wall of methodist church and is fallen on the electric pole .there are school children passing that area daily, no one is bothered to come and see to it or cut it ..please have someone to cut it immediately as it could be dangerous if it falls completely ...

I k n munishwar, residing at radhanagar chs, behind hotel vishal, near indian bank, manpada road, dombivali east which falls under 'f' ward. This is to inform you that all of a sudden since last 8-10 days the water pressure of the line allotted to 3 societies in our area has drastically reduced and we doubt that 1 of the society among 3 in our premises have put a booster pump to the common connection.
Could you please arrange for the inspection to verify the issue and to resolve the problem?

Environmental Hazards: Improper waste disposal due to irregular collection poses a threat to the environment. It can result in the contamination of soil, water bodies, and air quality, negatively impacting the overall well-being of residents.

Unpleasant Odor and Aesthetics: The persistent presence o[censored]ncollected garbage emits foul odors, which create an uncomfortable living environment for the residents. It also affects the aesthetics of our society, undermining its overall appeal.

Considering the urgency of the matter, I kindly request you to take immediate action to address the irregular garbage collection issue in our society. Specifically, I suggest the following actions be taken:

Reinstate Regular Collection: Ensure that the garbage collection van visits our society as per the previously established schedule, and promptly address any delays or disruptions.

Increase Collection Frequency: If the current collection schedule is insufficient to accommodate the waste generated by our society, I request an increase in the frequency of collection to match the requirements.

Proper Disposal Facilities: Evaluate the adequacy of the existing waste disposal facilities within our society. If necessary, provide additional bins or dumpsters to accommodate the waste generated by the residents.

Communication and Transparency: Enhance communication channels between the municipal corporation and residents by providing timely updates on any changes in the collection schedule or addressing any concerns raised by the community.

I believe that by promptly addressing this issue, we can ensure a clean and hygienic living environment for all residents of our society. Your immediate attention to this matter will be highly appreciated.

Dear Sir / Mam,
I would like to bring to your notice that we are living in a chawl with asbestos roofs and beside our place we have a single-storeyed building which has developed cracks on the pillar. This needs urgent attention by the authorities as it is monsoon and leaving it unattended might lead to serious loss of life and property or both.

Kindly treat this as a URGENT request and take action on priority.

It is also to be noted that the building houses mobile illegal mobile tower on the top of it which may also fall due to the poor condition of the building.

Over the past few months, the garbage truck's collection schedule has been significantly inconsistent. It frequently skips scheduled pickups or arrives hours later than expected, leaving the garbage bins overflowing and creating an unsightly and unhygienic environment within our society. This irregularity in garbage collection has resulted in several problems.

we have not received water from last 2 months. Got fedup of this issue, with no option we take water from paid tankers. We are regular property tax payers and we are not getting any benefits. We don’t have much expectations, please supply water daily. NO WATER SUPPLY FROM LAST 2 MONTHS.

I am shop keeper in lodha heaven, there is a tree in front of my shop which can anytime be fall apart. So I requests to please cut the tree so that any harm due to tree fall should not happen

There a huge derbies lying in Hagimalang 100 feet Road, near Krishna Paradise society, road cleaners are clearing only one side of Road (open area) other side vehicles are parking, unsocial people throw wastage their, unable to walk that way because of bad smell

I the resident of Vithhal Krupa bldg no. 2, New Ayre road, Dombivli East has been facing the problem since several months for the trash been dumped near our window which is the passage area between bldg no.2 and 3.We have already requested and complained for this several times to the building owner and other authorities but no action taken yet. My request to you is to get the trash cleared and relieve us from the health issues created because of the same.
