I am jobless and 1 week ago i received a call regarding data entry job from a company named as kamara techno. They asked me for adhaar card, passport size photo, and email id. N took my sign on a agreement. But aftesome time i searched on google about this company and i saw so many complaints against this company. I thought, i shouldn't join this company and i blocked his mobile now who called me and took my documents. But today i received a call, mail and messages and they are demanding me money 20k.

Demanding for not being accurate

I thought, i shouldn't join this company and i blocked his mobile now who called me and took my documents. But today i received a call, mail and messages and they are demanding me money 20k. As i did not pay nothing and they blackmailing me to do court case.

What should i do?
Please let me know.

This company offer the work as in 800 forms in 7 days, its too hectic to do, but i still completed it. They in the start ask to sign a contract that says out of 800 to shoul have right 720 forms.
After 7 days when they sent me the report, they were 680 forms right and so they called me to pay the fine of 6000 rs.
When i checked the forms many of were changed as I luckily kept the screenshots of every form.

They asked me for Adhaar card, Passport size photo, and Email id. And took my sign on an agreement as well. Now even after submitting my work on time, they are giving me reasons and asking me to pay money. As I did not pay they blackmailing me to do court case. Now they are demanding money and harassing me on phone.

They started calling me and they were all talking so loud and they were asking useless questions...
Now they send me an email and tell me to pay 20000.

I wanted to complain about this company named KAMARA TECHNO which is located in Gujarat.
Few days back I received a call from them and told me they won't ask any money from me and beacuse of this lockdown issues I needed money and I said yes to them. My report was generated and there were many places where I wasn't wrong but yet they spelt it wrong . Now their advocate named Harish is asking me for money and threating me to pay the amount otherwise he will file a case on me. Please suggest me to what to do. I got a call from kamara tech offering me a form filling job in which i had to fill 800 forms in a week correctly and i would be paid 40 rs per correct form if a minimum of my 720 forms were found to be correct out of 800 or else i was liable to pay a maintenance fee of rs 5999/- to the company. It was a signed agreement between me and the company.
7 day are gone i completed my work (800 forms) but still they are not reported me about my work

Hi all, i also received the legal notice from the same harish parmar. He is forcing me to pay and sending me emails about it. I am veri scared as the guy who contacted me for form filling job he did not mention anythingh and falsely informed me and i did not even sign their agreement and he asked me to write i agree on whatsapp and said nothing will happen and aksed me to give otp to create account as it was not related to anything i have gave the otp and later the day i realised something phishing is happening so i called the guy and said cancel the account as i am unable to work fro them he said now i have to pay them 6k and if i wil not pay than they will send legal notice,

Today they sent me 1 legal nptice and they are threatning me if i will not pay by 4 pm than they will charge 20k.

I got call from kamara techno company For data entry job and afterwards that they asked me to sent Aadhaar card details and photo and then they shared me that they are giving me otp and username. But at that time I go for reviews of the same company and they I tell them I don’t won’t to do work. They are saying mam u sign the agreement but I didn’t sign any agreement now they are asking me to pay 6000.

In the pandemic situation i lost my job and was looking for some income and applied for work from home on quikr jobs. I got a call from a person named dinesh he offered me to fill online forms and they will pay me rs. 40 for per form, they got a agreement signed after that they allotted me work but 2 days later i got sick and got high temperature, i informed them that i am not well and can not complete the work, now they are demanding money for not completing the work, and harassing me on phone. Kindly take action against them.
