I had a chit for 5 lakhs with kapil chits in nalgonda bearing number KTN01L02J-11 which was stared on 31/8/2020. I auctioned the chit in december 2023.

Enclosed a copy for your reference.

But till date we have not received the chit amount. Can you please do the needful.

Worst kapil chits worst employees Since 3 years they are not returning my documents

The cheque which was provided by the company got bounced. I have deposited 2 lakhs money and i received the 24 cheques with postdated, from which March month cheque got bounced. When I checked with your Hanamkonda branch team there no proper response and they said our HO team is not responding.
Pls resolve my issue on priority else i will go to log a complaint with Chit Registrar for legal action

I have lifted my chit bearing Ticket No. KKA01T15P (Rs. 10.00 Lakhs) at Adilabad branch during 36th auction month which is occurred on 30 Nov, 2023 with Bid payable amount of Rs. 9, 14, 000/-.
I have received a piece meal amount of Rs. 3, 10, 000/- Lakhs only in last 4-5 days inspite of submission of documents in time I.e. Dec, 2023.
I have been paying the chit premium amount regularly and intime and the same promptness expected from your end. The local branch officials telling some cock and bull stories whenever I have asked about the prize money.
Hence, I request you to see that my remaining awarded amount Rs. 6.00 Lakhs shall be released as soon as possible and win the trust of your customers.

Hi Team,

I am Rajesh Kurakula, my mobile number is [protected], Branch name Nakkalagutta-CAO, Group & Ticket KHAT30J-42. I was paying every month chit amount on time to an agent who is stating as an employee in Kapil chits from Warangal Hanamkonda his name is Radha Krishna and his mobile number is [protected]. Even after paying whole amount every month to him when I login using my credentials its showing Due amount of 23, 818.Rs.
Could you please involve in this matter and help us to check where the exact amount which I paid is missing and even I have the Phonepe transactions which I am paying to him every month. If the employees of your branch loots common people like us how we can trust and say about the positivity of Kapil chits to others.
This is really unfair we are paying the amount on time and that person is using the money for his personal use.
I want to lodge a complaint on this as I have transaction proofs with me but before doing this I want to highlight to you.

Please take severe action on this waiting for your positive response.

without my knowledge or intimation chit auctioned on 28th Nov2023 and I have been paying the monthly chit amount until Feb 2024 and now they have credited only Rs.4, 50325/-. The total amount I have paid is Rs.4, 60, 168/-. I am in loss after paying 2yrs our hard-earned money. There...

I have joined Kapil chit funds group khyt03h-20 on 19Jan2022. It was a chit of Rs. 300000 for a period of 5 months. I was paying amount of Rs.[protected] regularly on monthly basis as it is recommended. Due to family needs I have lifted chit on 20Nov2023 and I was expected to received Rs. 2, 47000. However, chit agent intentionally failed to take signatures from the surety person and was not ready to approve the signatures provided by the others surety people. One of the surety persons involved in was a central government employee which was said to be the only surety signature required for taking the chit amount in the beginning of joining group I.e., on 19Jan2022. Instead of approving the chit amount, two agents of chit group had insisted me to cancel further chit amount by closing the chit and they suggested it as better option to receive the whole amount of rs. 1, 10000 which was paid by me till 20-Dec-2023. Hence, I requested for the cancellation of chit amount hoping to receive 1, 10000 rupees. After a week of request, to my surprise, I have received 74000 rupees only from Kapil chit funds, which means they have looted 35000 rs from me. When I contacted the agent there was no proper response from him. For a middle class person like me investing 5000 rs on a monthly basis from my salary is a huge thing. A loss of 35000 rs is also a big thing for a person like me. I just want to file a complaint against the agents and Kapil chit funds to get my money bank and to ensure that no one else gets affected by them. I would be very thankful to you, if you could help me.

Kapil chit funds charged last month 5000 penalty

Yesterday I.e[protected] i made a payment of my chit amount of 1848 after completing the payment gateway process it returned to the kapil app dashboard where it showed payment failed & in the app it was also showing this months due amount so i tried for the second time it was successful then i got message from my bank as the money has debited twice.

They both com0leted in jane 23 but still now there is no response from branch i mey them several times they said we will give you money in december 23 but still now money not credited. I participated online action on 28/12/20123 . I am bidded only up to 27, 500. But finally due to technical problem my cheats finalist at 1 lakh 70.000.in action I am not pressed 150000 for Bead. So I requested please verify the action. Resolve problem

I am pay the chitty amount in online payment but not cleared the chitty list

Sir, I am the chit member of KHM09T04J-21 of 5 lakh chit in the branch of Bhageeratha Colony, Mahbubnagar. I sm paying the monthly installments within due time and lifted the chit in the month of September 2023 for my needs. After that I was submitted all surities with required documents in the next month immediately and asked about expected date of payment. The branch manager Sri. Ajay told that I receive the chit prize money by end of November or first week of December. I waited till first week of December and again enquired in 2nd week, Ajay replied that cheque has not been received from Head Office Hyderabad it may be paid before 20/12/2023 and also suggested me to contact Sri.Ramulu, AGM [protected] for any clarification. I was contacted to Sri AGM immediately he replied that what Ajay told is final, you may ask to him only. I am not expected such answers from him being AGM of Kapil Chits, he didn't understood the problems of chit members, simply escaping. Then again called to Sri.Ajay, told that you may receive amount by 20/12/2023 definitely. Then I promised to my agreements that I should pay the amount on 20/12/2023 which was also promised in the first week of December, but failedn first time to pay the amount. This time I requested them please give one opportunity to me then they agreed the time upto 20/12/23.
Further I was called yesterday to Ajay and also to AGM, they both not lifting my call, may be they know why I am calling. Then I am totally disappointed as a member and whom to I contacted. Finally I searched the contact numbers of Kapil in the website and called to [protected], [protected], [protected], they are simply telling to call to this number since the branch is not concerned to the Zonal Branch of Kukatpally, Habsiguda. Finally contacted to Shiva Kumar,[protected], he replied made conference call to Ajay ji and requested me to ask him. This is not expected with Zonal office, which could have solve my problem and has to give suitable direction to subordinate branch to make the payments intime.

By experiencing all above with Branch Managers Assistants, Zonal Offices of the Kapil Chits, I totally disappointed and my faith on Kapil Chits has gone. How I was trusted Kapil and how I was taken membership in three 5 lakhs chits.

In view of the of above and to recoup my faith on Kapil Chits I request Kapil Authorities to take immediate necessary steps to pay my chit prize amount by 20/12/2023 without fail to make successful to my agreements. Otherwise I have to option to pursue the matter, legally as per constitution.
