Kapil Chit Funds Complaints & Reviews

They said only 2 government sureties are required at the time of withdrawing the amount. Later when the chit commenced and in the 3rd month when we got to withdraw the amount they have asked us for 5 sureties instead of 2. When we said we can provide 2 government and 3 private sureties they said ok and took all the 5 sureties with proof documents. After few days they said since we couldn't get the 5 government sureties they are not releasing the amount.

If the chit fund company clearly communicated to us initially that 5 government sureties are required then I wouldn't have subscribed for the chit.

The kapil chit fund company have cheated us by providing false information regarding the chit process and surety details. We need explanation as to why they have lied to us and we need the money in return asap by accepting the 2 government sureties that we have provided because that is what they have told us initially.

My FD maturity is completed in Jan 2021.
3 months completed.
Still I did not received my money.
Please help in this.

No proper person to deal the settlement, As I joined gave lot of fake commitments and at the last moment of settlement also giving fake commitments

I A Lakshmi Madhavi is a member of chit and completed on February 28th. But amount is not received till date. When contacted your manager and regional manager are telling that it will take 3 months. When joined chit it was confirmed in written that amount will returned
Within 45 days.. hence it is requested to refund the amont as committed failing which proceeded legally with penal interest claim @36%.

My name is Sivakumar f. I had a chit-FGML02G-23 in Gudur branch Nellore DT. I had completed the auction in SEP-2019 but the amount was still not settled. I have gone to the branch manager-many times and given false commitments and he is not picking up my calls as there was no response. I have deposited an amount for my personal purpose, however the amount is not getting timely manner which is unfair.
I am requesting you to please take action on this matter and also settle my amount ASAP.

It's clear that fraud is going on in offline chit .since 4 months I have been participating in auction with the help of agent.every time agent said there is a demand ..so finally I lifted the chit but in the next month there is a 72, 000/- high in the auction which never happened in entire 35 months. And u asked why there is this much difference.i was told that this time there is no demand ..literally these guys are eating our profits and delaying the cheque issue process even after lifting the chit. I am not satisfied with Kapil at all .. currently total 6 chits are running of my family I will not suggest Kapil to any one ..

THERE IS A FRAUD IN CHIT OFFLINE MAY BE IN ONLINE AS WELL.

I'm the customer of Kapil chits since 2006. I have completed my 1 lakh chit in Nagole branch with chit number FKLBT37F- 37 for 50 months which was completed in January2022 but still now chit payment is not issued to me.when i called manager he was telling that payments are not collected he told he will make payment by March 25th again when i called on March 25th amount is not adjusted he will issue after festival i.e, on 4th April .Is this kind of answer will customer expects from manager .kindly look in to the issue and solve my issue as Early as possible.

Respected sirs, my sister in has joined in two chits in Kapil chits namelyKMST08P-21, KMST11J-23 in Sangareddy CAO through Anantapur Kapil Chit Kamalanagar branch. Iam not able to participate in auction because concerned employees in Kapil Chit not registered my Chit. I have paid chit premium 3 months in advance.i have urgent need of money for health purpose.I would like to complain about this to RBI and other concerned bodies if you not resolve this. FRT48J-3 CHIT at Karimnagar branch was auctioned successfully 75days back, amount not received. Manager k.Tirupathi Reddy and agent not lifting phone..
We have a emergency situation please help us to get the amount ASAP.

I N.VENKATA KRISHNA had a chit number:FKPT22K-14 in your kadapa-1 branch an amount of rupees 03 lakhs. After completion of 43 months in 44th i lifted chit an amount of approx rupees 2lakh 26 thousands and also at that time i prodced all relavent documents for processing of payment but till now we are not received prized chit amount.I, personally and over phone several times contacted manager and ao of that branch problem wase not resolved.so, you instruct the concerned persons for resolving of above issue.

I participated in the auction and lifted the chit 6 months ago, still i dint get my amount

I went to chit fund office several times the branch managaer was never available i even have the video recording of his absence always
and he doesnt answer phone calls and doesnt even respond to customers properly so much of negligence and bad behaviour of this chit fund company
This is my second bad experience with this kapil chit funds ..It took almost 8 months to recover my chit auction amount

Kapil chit funds is the worst even chit fund company of all and cheating the customers by delaying the amount for more than 8 months and some times a year also

The license has to be removed for this to run the kapil chit funds

I lifted the chit on the month of December with chit number 27 j at parkal branch. In that time the officials of chit said that the amount will be credit with in 45 days. But the amount is not credited till now I.e. nearly 3 months completed. Why should I wait for money.
What can I do.please tell me. I paid every month chit with out fail. If we not paid in time you charged fine . So will pay any fine to me for late.

This is to bring to your notice that Raju Ravula cheques manager at kapil chitfunds Habsiguda, hyderabad is troubling us alot.

There is a 20 lakhs pre mature policy of ours C/o Golluri Sudhakar who is my father.

Raju Ravula who is the cheques manager at kapil chitfunds Habsiguda has released 10 lakhs in sept - October and promised that the other 10 lakhs will be automatically transferred to our account by November 15th, its been 5 months and today is March 12 and he is still not releasing other 10 lakhs, in which are in desperate need of it. we call him and get in touch with him where he always postpones the dates saying money will be released and we are fed up.

We are in need of this money due my dad's ill health i.e Golluri Sudhakar. We are requesting and pleading you all to release this remaining amount 10 lakhs and please get in touch with Raju Ravula as he is not considering and caring our words.

Kindly look into this issue and please transfer our money to our account.

he has passed away unexpectedly, nominee is our mother, he passed away while paying chits, now branch manager is deducting 5%, why they deducting for sudden death. Even after submitting all required documents, 40days has been passed but they are not giving chit amount also, very irresponsible persons, postponing each and every day .

I am Suri Mallikharjuna from Nellore, (Nellore dist) . I did fixed de[posit in 2016. My certificate number is PA/KIA-NEL/16/2016, I was prized six moths before. But the company is not paying till now. Manager also not responding.

We are looking for your support to provide us resolution, We have a chit in your company and that has been closed in an auction by adjusting the future payments against other chit, However we did not receive a 1 lakh rupees of chit amount till now, Chit has been closed in july2020. We have reached out your branch located in Parvathipuram, Andhra pradesh. Multiple times and manager is saying all the time it will come by next quarter now 7 quarters completed, We did not understand why I have not receive my amount till now after closure As per company norms amount should be repaid with in 3 months and the question is when will I get the final settlement. I could not find any of the company official contact anywhere, finally I am here, please expedite the process of final settlement.
