Hi, My name is Vijaya from Hyderabad... I would like to bring to all your notice that KAPIL CHITS is worst chit company and the management thinks they can do anything they want.

Story Goes likes this:::

My CHIT commencement was on[protected], period 50 Monthsand the value is for 5 lakhs. This chit was for my Daughter's marriage. I went to Kapil Chits Dilshuknagar Branch... there one of the employee or broker told me that he will get me the chit in 3 months if I pay him Rs.10, 000. I paid him and he vanished after we booked a slot of 5 Lakhs with Kapil Chits.

After payhing 27 Months .. My daughter's marriage got settled and I went to the auction. Somehow I managed to get the chit for a amount of 1.05 Lakhs,

Its time for formaliites... I gave them the surity of my 4 Govt Teachers and 2 Pvt Employees who were in a good salary bracket. After 2 months they gave me the amount of Rs.3 Lakhs.

I was stunned to see that I got only 3 lakhs instead of 3.9 Lakhs. I enquired with the Branch Manager.. His name is Mr. Mahendar .. The worst guy I have ever met. He told me madam .. you will get the amount once you pay the complete 50 months. I told him that its my daughters marriage so I am in need of that money, so he gave 80, 000 Rs saying .. 10, 000 would be deducted for taking the entire money. and he also took Rs.7000 for some BOND.

We Paid till 47 months. And stopped paying the rest of the amount because... we wanted to know what has happened to 10, 000 which was deducted while I took the chit amount.

This case of trasferred to collections, we went to enquire the same with Mr. Mahendar...however he was not available...he was shifted to another branch.

These guys started threatening the surity people for the money.

Here comes the final guy... his name is Mr.Vasudeva Reddy... Zonal Manager... doesn't even know how to write zonal manager but he was there in that position.

He talks everyday.. he changes his words every 2 mins...He asked us to pay 36, 000 as final setttlement and the also asked us to give the bond.

He is so rude that he just hangs up the phone on the face.

KAPIL CHITS ARE RECRUTING GOONSSSS AS THEIR AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES.

DOES THE OWNER OR MGMT KNOW THAT THEY ARE JUST SUCKING OUR BLOOD AND EATING THE OF OUR SOCIETY.

KAPILCHIT FUND SHAMSHABAD branch, branch manager Mr.NarenderReddy and agents cheated to customers and Hyderabad Zonal manager Mr.Anil also in cheater group. I have complaint to all members for my problem but there is no response no reaction. I am K.NARSIMHA CHARY ( GROUP NO.T02J-18) manager giving chit every month his favourate customer's showing to members one number in draw time and changing to other number next day I am asking every month this complaint to branch manager and zonal manager, that two person's answer is what to do we are working this style where are you go we are kings of this branch. this is the KAPIL CHIT FUND 420 COMPANY. dear new members please don't join to this company.

i lifted the chit by 27 october 2009 at adoni till to day that is[protected] they are not paying the amount after submitting all concerned papers immediately also
i am not at all satisfied and also saying to others that the kapil chits is not paying attention towards the customer in paying the amount
they are more concern about collecting money but not paying atterntion in payment in time

I am not agree with the above comments, But I m very happy with Kapil Chit Funds. Why Bcase I was lift my Chit @ Kapil, In Hyderabad, the Amount is 2 Lacks, But they are surprised me They paid the My Chit Amount 1.68 Lacks in 15 Days...!!

I have taken broken chit 0n;25/07/2009 but chit was commenced in FEB 2009, at that time they have not told me about penalty now they are imposing penalty and they adjested some amount without my knowledge, and again they are asking for penalty.And the manager was changed present manager is saying that manager misguided you we are not responsible for that and the collection boy mr suresh is very arogant son many times I contacted but they are giving correct reply please give the solution for my problem and strenthen, and improve the sevices.

I am also a member in kapil chits and I am paying my instalments regularly but I am facing maximum trouble in getting my money back, intentionally they delay payments by 45 days.They utilise our money for other purposes.

I have a subscribed for a chit 24 months back in MVP COLONY Branch, Visakhapatnam. On 25th February, 2010 in the chit auction I won the chit, and submitted surety forms as per their requirement three weeks ago. There is no proper response from the Branch Manager, staff of the branch. Today, I met the branch manager and I am told that they have no funds and they will arrange my cheque only 19th April, 2010. I am fed up with Kapil Chits and I do not recommend the company to anybody. They want to fool the subscribers. They never pay to the subscribers the bid money within 30 days of auction.

i have lifted my chit in kapil chit funds on 27/12/2009 but the manager P.chandraih is too worst and he is able to sit in managers chair he spoke me as a beggar actually my chit was F.L close he gave me the amt for 3 months i will not encourage any friends of mine to enroll a chit in kapil chit funds very worst very very worst thoo i have ever seen this type of chits in my life this is one of the subscriber from KADIRI this is in anatapur dist

Kapil chits is an unreliable company.. it will promise everthing for everyone but finally the subscriber is loser in every aspect. I am also a member of 10 lacs chit group of S.R.Nagar, Hyderabad branch Chit group APTO1M-46. I paid the instalments regularly and was a prize winner in 19th month. Even after submitting all the required surities they harassed me for 7 months and finally paid the amount. The delay caused me a loss of around Rs.80000/-, mental torture and my reputation took a denting. Even when the chit is nearing completion ( 7 months left), the recovery boys harasses us and uses abusive language if due to any reason i request them to deposit the issued cheque at a later date... I hearby request and warn the general public to avoid putting their hard earned money in KAPIL CHITS.. as finally what u will recieve is humilition, harassment, mental tension and financial loss. BEWARE.

Kapil Chits is one of the cheating company.. Once you bid they will not pay the amount in time. Non of the employees in the company are responsible. Please do not join this company at all.

Kapil Chits is one of the worst chit company in INDIA. They dont know how to talk to their customers. Especially bangalore branch, The RM Lokanatha chari, Branch Manager Naveen, and ofcourse the branch people dont know any procedures and they act very smart when they are supposed to pay the customers.
They never give the money amount untill 3 or 4 months is passed and that too they deduct unnecessary charges. I think these people should be punished for the harrasment.

I also facing problem with kapil chits.

I have been into two kapil chits in Garimilla branch and in the last month May 28th action, we got the chit FMGT07G1-17 and informed us that we will get money in max 20 days. I have been making calls from that day and before to followup the actual date when we can get money - they are saying everytime that "we get tomorrow" answer and saying reasons - i really frustrated calling them and asking for chit money. I lost my patience and argued them like we bid the chit for certain reasons and we have some commitments which may be life and death some times how you people do like this.

I want to ask you - don't you have certain date or number of days when the chit prized amount will be paid to the chit winner ?

Please take necessary action.

I have chit in kapilgroup in manchirayal branch(MNC) (HO:Karimnagar) CHIT NO=FMT08F1(21&23).In the month of MAY(25th) i have lifted chit after that i have received surity form on JUNE 23rd.During May25th to June20th i have contacted number of times to MNC branch, they are giveing repely always manager not available.After submiting my surit form on JUNE23rd till now they have not respond.From JULY1st on wards i have contacted MNC branch for sending surity form back for surities enquiry, they are telling your surity form alredy sent to Kothagudem, but they are not sent to kothagudem. I told to them that i will complaint to manager, but they told manager not available, after that surity form posted toKothagudem onJULY13th.surity form reached to Kothagudem on JULY16th, but till now surities was not enquired(form in Kothagudem. Due to the above, alredy two months delay occurred, but I did not get the amount so far. Further, how much time will be taken for payment. "Matter most urgent"

Don`t join in this bloody chit company, why because one of my brother had joined in this, after several months he get auctioned and get confirmation from those people, but after 3 months also he didn`t get the money and in this period they were asking documenatation continuosly like that is not sufficient this is not sufficient.

This is my sincer request to all members of Kapil chit don`t suggest any body to this begger chits, offcourse every body knows how this cheats people who joined in the same.

I AGREE WITH THE COMMENT. THE STAFF INCLUDING THE MANAGERS ARE MOST IRRESPONSIBLE. THEY WON'T STICK ON TO THEIR WORDS. THEY BEHAVE JUST LIKE THAT. CHIT COLLECTORS CHANGE FREQUENTLY. THEY ARE MOST DISOBEDIENT. NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. THEY WON'T COME FOR COLLECTION EVEN AFTER REMINDING THEM. PHONE BILL IS AN ADDITIONAL BURDEN TO THE CUSTOMERS. NO DIVIDEND FOR 3 TO 6 MONTHS.

I am not agree with the above all, My personal Exp. I had chit in Ameerpet Branch, worth 300000., When the time of Prized, i was submitted required sureties, what ever they asked, the time of enrollment.

I got my Amount 2, 18, 000 with in 18 Days. Here we need to remember one thing, that was a collected amount from all of the other Group members. Some time, that was also delay.

So be careful with all chit funds, not only Kapil Chits,

Try to ask and know everything about Chit, Sureties and Payment methodology and all.

Sir, My chit reference no: FMHT 7H-23, Name is: J.Bhaskar, I was jonined in 3 lac chit in[protected] at Mahabubabad branch, warangal dist. Last month i.e september I lifted the chit. So iam unable to produce sureeties so I requested the manager to take 1.5 lack SBH fixed bond for 1.68 lac amount, but manager rejected for that and asked me to get sureety from SBH bank, bank manager not accepted to give suretee for your chits. So I want to give my own house papers for that purpose then Mr Rajeshwar rao said that hugu property is not required then I requested to him fix my amount at your chit fund for ramaining months give me rest of the money then he calculated agreed to give about Rs64, 000/- cheque, remaining 1.6 lac fixed for 2years. I signed all documents on 8th oct, 2012. He told that collect the cheque on 11th oct, 2012, but he fail to give the cheque to me.
Again he asked to meet me after 3 days again he failed, then again he told to collect on Monday again he was failed, then I told iam going to hyd for interview please give me fast, then he told that “ I will deposit the amount to your account” I given my acount no also. Again he failed to do that, then next day I sent my dad to collect the cheque, first he aggred then my father started from our town (yellandu about 35km to Mahbad) suddenly he called to me and said that I did’t got cheque asked me to drop my father, my father cursed me, he is diabatic, B.P 60 yr old. Then Mr Rajeshwar rao told to collect on Monday i.e 22th oct, 2012. Again failed and not lifting my phonecalls, then I personally went to office he is not available, I called to him then he is telling that the cheque will come 26th oct, 2012.
My question is this is the defect of Kapil chit funds? Or the Manager Mr Rajeshwar rao?I paid honestly, sincerely 22 months expect one month just one day late your staff forcefully collected fine Rs100. I am roaming to your office about 3 times, called many times, even your staff not giving zonal manager phone no. and address, whom I have to contact? Who is responsible ? from last 12 days iam not having peace of mind, your having so many rules and regulations to give money even fullfilled all your conditions why should we suffer? Why should i roam around you? Please answer my questions, ev en I came from hyderabad to collect the cheque, who will give my travelling expences? Please take necessary action.

Kapil Chit Fund Company is one of the worst chit fund company.i have a chit in kapil chit, Medchal.The Story is Like this.Once i visited to Kapil chits, Medchal & met to that worst manager(Sampath).He told me u take a vacance chit.& i will give u within 2 months.so only for exam i take a chit Rs 100000.As per Sampath s comitment after 4 months i told hime to take chit.But that worse guy did not response my word.After one month force i have take bid & Give 5 surities as per his comitment.But that worse guy change his words & told me to give 3 govt employee surities.So till date he dont give me cheque.

I have told to MR.Anil (Zonal Manager) at Hubsiguda branch, but there also no reaction, this 28 th December 2012 we stopped auctions at Shamshabad branch.please enquere for this complaint, and there is more complints from members, so we are understand, your kapil chit fund company is cheeting and not responsibilty company for members in this branch.

We have become members, , membership no-46, on the name of Nageswara Rao Mandapati, VSN Enterprises at the KapilChits, Kalahasti branch, Chittoor DT. The chit value is Rs10, 00, 000. We are prompt in paying the monthly installment. we have chose to auction our chit and was done on 27th Feb 2013 and till today we have not received the amount for the same.

Even after continuous followup with Mr.Muni Sekhar Asst Manager of the branch, there is a continuous postphonements of the payment and the submission of the required documents were submitted to them.

No reason genuine was conveyed for the delay in the process. Today, I have communicated with AGM Mr.Balbayya Reddy, Kadapa and Was told that he will update me the status.

Please look in to the issue.

My self Manas I have taken 5 Lacs Kapil chit from hebbal branch Bangalore 4 Years before for the term of 50 months, and i use to pay my EMI on time, On this duration so many guys came to collect the amount. I have little closed with one of the collection guy by the name of Harish [protected]. He use to ask me for reference regular basis, finally one of my colleague who had a 1 lac requirement i had refer him. His name is syed mohammed mustafa, he had the commitment for his kids school admission charges. Mr Harish told that he have to pay 15000/- as that chit is complied 7 months. As i was a exiting customer for kapil chit and i have good relation so far so i have advice my colleague for the Chit. My college did not had the amount of 15000 to pay i had pay to him and he had pay to kapil chit. on the month of November 2012 he had withdraw the amount and that time Mr Harish had told that he got promotion as a sales manager in Tumkur Branch, so this chit he had process on Tumkur branch. I was not happy to process the loan through Tumkur branches as i was a exiting customer in hebbal bangalore branch. Any how Mr harish had able to convinced my colleague and taken 4 guarantor including me as same time he had taken Rs. 10000/- to release the amount within 15 days. As my colleague was very much innocent guy and the amount was quite important for him for his kids admission so he had given Rs 10000/- as a brokering charges. From November 2012 to till now so many time me and my colleague calling him but there is no response. I have called more then 100 times to Harish he is not picking my call. I have send so many message there is no reply. Finally i have decided to stop paying the EMI. After paid successfully 47 EMI, I have not paid last 3 EMI. On this regards earlier i had given complain to Hyderabad. When i have stop paying the EMI i am getting calls from Kapil Chit. Last month some one called from hebbal branch he told he is the manager M.No [protected], I was trying to explain about m colleague issue where my amount is there. He spoken very un professional and told me that why you are eating my head you go to tumkur branch and resolve the issue. After the call end i have send a message to him, that why should i eat your head, i have not taken any amount from you, i have taken from kapil chit and i would like to talk some one from kapil chit. the way you are speaking you are not the person who is talking to me on behalf of Kapil chit. Just 2 days before i got the call from legal advisory of Kapil chit about my payment and i feel personally there is no value to argue with those people. I would like to involve some one to resolve the issue. Now my friend don't want loan as they have taken more then 8 months but there is no result. we want the amount should refund with interest or else Kapil chit should not charge an interest for my 3 EMI delay payment. I have seven chits with Kapil Chits, Kondapur Branch, lifted the chit in June, yet to realize the amount over Rs.4.5 lakhs. After numerous followups, they have given me a cheque which was dishonoured by the bank for signature mismatch. Inspite of numerous followups I have still not received the cheque. Gentleman who claims to be Area Manager shows me a copy of Demand Draft and demands for the counterfoil of the cheque deposited or the return cheque failing which we is not ready to fulfil the payment to the customer. I have lifted the chit in order to meet my commitment, I had to take a hand loan and meet my requirement. Kapil Chits do not understand the empathy of the customer. POOR Customer Service. I am disgusted to be associated with Kapil. I spoke to Mr Vishnu Vardhan Rao, who seems to be the Managing Director who confirmed me that he would call me in 10 minutes but has never worried to resolve the issue. This is the kind of service Kapil boasts to their 25 years of record. A cheque which is dishonoured for signature mismatch, Kapil also seems to have submitted a Stop Payment to the bank, what is bothering them to trust the customer and give the alternate cheque /DD.

No one in the organization seems to understand customer issues. I would like to escalate the matter to governing body, can anyone suggest how to approach.

sir i am a chit holder of rs 10 lakhs and 2 lakhs in srikakulam town branch 2. i have been assured by branch manager that a chit of my friend will be transfered to me upon paying rs 21000.

There was no information regarding the cheque from past 3 months, if we call them they are not at all responding, not lifting the calls, including the manager and all the other staff.

Sincere request to all the folks, please do not suggest this fraud chit company to any of your friends and also even enemies, these guys really sucks.

When I lifted my chit they deducted 10000. THis was happend 2 and half years before. when I asked them they told that one of my suirity members has to pay 10000 .

but the suirity member is saying that she has already paid, but the kapil collection agent did not surrender that money in office.

Now she is also saying that she will pay that money, and branch manger Mr Shobhan is not lifting my phone.
Even If I call him from other mobile, by listening my voice he is disconnecting the call.

After paying successfully 32 months i have lifted the chit in action. and submitted 3 surities which are having 1) Rs.10 Lacks salary in software company 2) Surity having 670000/- in MNC and 3 ) Business man having 350000/- It and having own house these surities not accepted by the kapil chits manager at uppal hyderabad branch. asking to give liquid surities. Or else Start one more 5 lacks chit which is started 15 months for future liabilities. They doing fund diversion to group companies and harrassing the chit subscribers in big way they are not giving payment to any subcriber either in time or keeping with deposit as future liability. This is very foolish company to subscribe chit pl dont give any further business. agents are requesting but not supporting at the time of lifting and payment. they are simply bluffing the subscribers.

Kapil chits is one of the many unprofessional cheating companies in Hyderabad. It do not have employees who can even write correct date on the cheque, they would try grabbing money for days using unexpected things.

I lifted the chit on 28 Jan and submitted all required docs to them accordingly but this is 5th April, till now, i didn't get the cheque .. They are still saying, it will be delayed further.. Don't invest or save in chit fund companies, instead, do the recurring deposit. we don't required to depend on any one, we can do online and will receive the maturity amount immediately.

Dear Sir,

I am one of the subscribers of M/s Kapil Chit Funds, Bobbili vide chit No.BLTO/F/37 where in we have paid all the chit amounts in time. We have arranged the sureties with in 7 days of the auction, but we have received the bid amount after 3 Months.

We have addressed one letter to M/s Kapil Chit Fund Company, Bobbili branch for payment of interest for delayed period. It is surprising to note that we have not received any reply to the letter. As there is no response from them even for the letter and no payment of interest for the delayed period, we have lost faith on M/s Kapil Chit Fund company and discontinued the chit BLT 02 F1-11 and suspended the payment of further installments for interest on the delayed payment on our prized Amount. They have unilaterally decided to pay an amount of Rs.4200/- towards the installments of Rs 11850/- by removal letter without giving any written notice before removal of my name as a subscriber.

Now we are reiterating that due to delay in payment of interest only, we resorted to discontinue the chit as there is a mistake on their part for non payment of interest for delayed payment for prized chit.

It is also bringing to your kind notice that the chit company has not served the agreement copy to us and they are also not in the habit circulating the date of auction and other statutory details to us.

They have collected 5 Blank cheques for security purpose at the time of chit prized along with the sureties, now the branch manager of M/s Kapil Chit Funds Pvt Ltd, Bobbili is threatening over phone that the security cheques will be presented in the bank for future liability.

I am one of the victim to the kapil chit fund. Recently i prized chit bearing no. FGW TO 3P /35 at Gadwal branch. The branch manger and other staff members are not cooperative in following the procedures to get the prized amount to me. They are insisting to produce 3 black cheque and three govt. Employees surety as their security.
My question is does the chit fund or any other organisations have any right to ask and get black cheques as there security?
i already produced 3 Govt. employee's surety, i am not interested to give my black cheques to them . i want to file a case against the kapil chit fund company for asking blank cheques. Every one should complaint to the reserve bank of India in this regard .

This is Syed Raouf, I have completed my 2 chits nearly 4 months back costing nearly 7L, the team and Manager at Ghatkesar branch
are just bluffing me saying we will give your amount on so and so date, and when the day comes they are not even responding, this has become a big head ache, I don't know how this KAPIL CHITS management is working... they are not even responding properly..
and now I have completed my 2 more chits costing 10L, and don't know when I am going to get this amount... I have talked to the regional manager I belive MR Madhu Sudan Sir, This Guy I dont know how Kapil chits have given him this H.O. seat... He does not have the respect to others nor he respect the Seat which is he holding, worst fellow ever met... no manners ... one good thing is he never picks up the call and gives all false statement...

In my life a big mistake is KAPIL CHITS... never ever will forgive myself...

Last Option I believe I have is Police Station... hope I will get my money when I go and ask help in Police Station...
