Dear Sir/madam,
I Ramadevi ch subsribed by 1 lac chit( CHT num:FHT25F-4) on 28-Jan-2017 and had paid the premium of 48, 237. Due to financial reasons i couldnt able to pay few installments and Kapil chits had terminated my chit and sent me a letter on 14-Oct-2019. They had mentioned that they are deducting 5000 as chit commission and will repay remaining Rs: 42, 787 . Since then I am visiting Kapil chits Eluru office and there is no response from manager/regional manager/zonal office. No one picking up the calls and manager not found in office due to personal reasons.
Its been 2 years since i got letter from Kapil office that will pay me Ra: 42, 787.00

    My dad took loan with kapil chitfund 3lakhs rupees to that he paid 2lakhs amount already, due to my dad sudden demise we unable to pay the rest of the amount 1 lakh. It's been three years now kapil chit fund people charging 4.90 lakhs ruppees to pay which is unable to we pay. Even they are torturing the people who put security on behalf of my dad they are ok to pay 1lakh but company torturing us to pay 4.90 lakh which we can't.

          My self Thota Nikhil Kumar, Chit No. KHH01M25H-30, I have taken chit on Kapil chits, Habsiguda, Hyderabad branch. Till now 23 months completed, every time i have paid the chit amount in time only, but they're charging more charges upon me like late payments. Every time I have paid in time only. They were not cleared my payments their end. They're charged 3 months late fee total 954rs.

          More than 10 times i have contacted to the manager but no use.

                I am Naresh Mateti from Hanmakonda, Warangal. Chit No: FWST14J-5 I have deposit 350000 rs. four years fixed bond. Maturity date is 05-OCT-2022. Total maturity amount. Is 542000. I have informed to Kapil Chit Fund branch which is at Subedari, Hanmakonda, Warangal regarding maturity date is approaching, they said they don't have funds right now, it will take 3 months to pay. we need money urgent for health purpose. All problem comes from branch managers given false promises. Until yesterday I believe Kapil. This time I hate Kapil group.

                    My chit Group KHA02T12P-40 Auction completed on month of April All documents are submitted before 3 months branch manager Mr. Dileep Reddy daily promising to give my chit money and Prolonging the dates but Istill I have not received my chit amount.Daily trying to contact him but no response from him and not taking any responsibility to give back my chit amount.I request the company to please take necessary action

                        I met so many times the branch manager Tiruparhirao and I called the AGM also..eventhough they are not responding to my call...
                        I am very sorry to say... I didn't see like this company and staff members. If possible could you please take action.

                          I'm a chit fund customer from Mahabubnagar branch No.1. My name is Mohd Nayyum. I have successfully paid all my chit fund installments and I have auctioned the chit fund amount 2 months, 10 days ago, but I haven't received my bid amount yet. On contacting the regional manager from the last 2 months there was no proper response from his side. I request to slove this problem and return my bid amount ASAP.

                                  Updated by vln phani                                   Recently we noticed lot of froud found in our chits.. the collection agent take the bid emi amounts and use it his own with out knowing customer and the phone numbers are put their own number istead of customers. FD's also so same. Nobody listen our words..i don't do what hierarchy is doing..i have complaint to the branch..no use..

                                  I have mentioned my numbers..still nobody is contracted..again i menson [protected] or [protected].

                                  There for customers please be aware this froud and make your money safe
