My son purchased a birthday cake for his mother from his pocket money on 13th nov to give a big surprise but it turned to be sour & smelly thereby none could eat it including guests. He took the back the next day & even the staff accepted & assured that anything worth rs 550/- which is the actual amount can be taken later on as required.
But to my surprise when i visited the store & bough few packs of biscuits worth rs 550/- which is the actual amount of pastry[protected] they refused stating that i can take only a cake & not other items against the same.
Further instead of feeling apologetic for providing a bad product they behaved rudely & were very arrogant.
Now what is the compensation against this as he was totally disappointed & so all are guests?

Karachi biscuit pack was brought by me from the market in Noida sec143 and on opening the pack biscuits were wet from inside..like some fungus on them. Though they were packed in April 2019..

Been a regular buyer of Chocolate Brownie at the Karachi Bakery Madhapur area for the last 5 months. I went yesterday too to pick up a couple of them. To my surprise found that the Brownies have become slimmer in size with lesser walnuts for the same price of Rs.55/- each. When I pointed this to the cashier he gave me a 'care a damn' look and kept billing. Incidentally, I was a regular buyer of Apple Pie sometimes back, when the quality again started deteriorating when they added pineapple instead of apple and sold it as Apple Pie. I stopped buying them. Now its Brownies. Absolute disregard to customer satisfaction.
