My name praveen i started pursuing btech mechanical engineering from 2013 i have lost 3 years of my academic year and i don't have job my father is suffering from cancer i don't have money for he is treatment because i don't have a job i was working in fadv bangalore there terminated me for just simple 2 error which i have done during work since 2016 i don't have job i want justice how should save my father i want answers...

My wife, divya un, resident of d/no. 154, 22nd a main, 15th cross, raghavendra layout, padmanabhanagar, bangalore-560070, had qualified in the m.com examination held on 2012. She is currently pursuing a job which requires her to submit the convocation certificate. She had already applied for the same and came to know from the university that there will be a delay in issuing the certificate due to technical issues. However, her company was not ready to wait and was demanding to submit the proof of qualification within 3 weeks.
Hence, called ksou at the number[protected] and as guided by the support team, she had applied for a provisional certificate and sent out the required letter along with a copy of marks card and dd on 16th feb. As on today, when called ksou contact numbers, she is being transferred to different departments and she is informed that it will take more days and not providing any exact time frame. Also, whoever she speaks with, they are not ready to give out their names and disconnected the call when asked for more. This is disgusting, as we followed their guidance and paid money for the convocation first, and then for provisional certificate, and she does not have either one now. This is highly impacting on her job.

Dear sir,
I want to inform you that one student's marksheet missing of karnataka state open university since last two years. I have called many time in your office which is situated in faridabad. But no any response of my complain and do some month wait told by office many time. I had inform in the office at that time (July 2016.) but i have not receive that student's marksheet till now.
So i humble request that please arrange that student's marksheet of 4th sem. Because this case related to students's future.

Mr rao told me my 2 sem re examination result is missing from ksou. This is not my fault i am already conduct the exam. This is misscommnication between aptec or ksou which i suffering 5 years...

We passed out in the year 2016 final year m.com
First year m.com 2015 in the month of may certificate is submitted b ykarnataka state open university {ksou} to the students. But final year certificate not sent and convocation certificate also not provided by the university. It is directly badly effect on job and future studies o[censored]s. It leads to waste of precious time and money too from last one and half years.

I am jyoti student of ba english, enrolled jun 2013 from star institute of management, siliguri, distt darjeeling west bengal. I have given 1st and 2nd year exam and cleared them in 2015, however when i was to appear for the final year exams my study center coordinator kept on saying the exams will be delayed but conducted. I was tired and hopeless after countless visit to their study center and asked them to refund my fees but they refused and said the university has refused to refund and your enrollment is stroked off. They ate my hard earned money and not even given my 2nd year mark-sheet. Now center acoordinator is asking for rs. 20000 for ba degree from another university. What should i do pls help.

I completed Executive MBA[protected] batch at Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) Online. My enrollment number is KOPJul14-15PGEMBAHR001571

I passed in distinction scoring 91% aggregate. I was interested in pursuing Masters in Psychology from Madras University ahead, but I have not got my marks sheet or convocation certificate ahead to apply for further studies. This is so demotivating after putting so much of hard work, yet longing for results to be formally published for student record. If the university did not follow certain processes, how the education system can put the students into trouble. I do not understand how this is fair or a justifiable act.

This has to be attended to by senior leaders from Government of Karnataka as the University simply denies service stating it’s out of their control.

I have lost 3 years and unable to seek further admission for education ahead in other universities. None of the complaints are attended to with solutions and indicated about judicial complaints in the court of law “Karnataka High Court (W.P. No. 55716/2016, 53536 / 2016)".
Can a student get the years lost? Please do something about it. The intention is not giving a complaint but, to find a solution fairly effective for all the users.

I have cleared pgdny in 2016. (Roll no. 14139pgdny0002) study centre : tpmi & 139 year of admission 2014-15 cycle : july

But my centre head at bhavnagar, gujarat did not inform me about date of convocation in 2017.

That is why i dont have pg degree/diploma certificate till now,

I want to apply for the same in convocation 2018.

My daughter registered for m.com in ksou in 2015. She was in touch with the people who helped her with the process online. She intends to take her exams now but we are unable to reach any of the number. Can anyone please help us out. We have paid close to rs.20, 00 for the fees and books but looks like everything is gone now.
