Due Fake Recognition o[censored]GC, DEC & MHRD affiliation to KSOU we are suffering after completion of B.Tech Mechanical Cousre from KSOU through "Pinnacle Instute of Engineering & Manangement " Kolkata. We want justice & compensation for the Time & money back...Because Nobody has right to cheat with student & their Carrier .

Yadav, Bhartiyam Institute and this is the main reason for not issuing the marks sheet. So both are wasting my opportunities for job and torture me from last year between their dispute.. Sir, My name is BIMAL RAJ. R, I had applaied for MSc MLT course from your university on October 2015 . through Bhrath college, PALA, Kottayam Kerala. Form Bhrath college They inform me that fees will be total 105000 RS ( one lakh five thousand ) at the time of admission 25000 rs and each semester 20000 X 4 total 105000 . I had paid 25000 for admission and on October they took first semester fees 20000. After this I had checked in your website in that MSC MLT fees 10000 per year exam fees 1500 and registration fees 500 total 23000 only. And also I had seen the UGC circular F.27-1/2012 (CPP-II), dated 27th June 2013 (a University established or incorporated by or under a State Act shall operate only within the territorial jurisdiction allotted to it under its Act and in no case beyond the territory of the state of its location;) After this I become doubtful regarding the study center . I had enrolled to lateral entry to B.Sc (IT) 3rd Semester Karnataka State Open University year 2003/Jan. Fake Collage, Fake Degree, Such universities are only to eat up all your money. no use of such degree. no procedure is mentioned on website for post completion of the course, when you call university they do not understand Hindi, English and they will hung up because mostly people does not speak their native.Such universities should be penalized as they do not stand on UGC guidelines.

I have completed BSCIT from KSOU and had applied for migration certificate and convocation certificate. they have eaten up my money and none of the university official is respnding to my reuest. this has hampered my whole career as i did not get my MBA degree certificate due to non issuance of migration certificate.

What the HELL Dear VC is able to do it even I said that I will commit Suicide This is what I have sent to VC, He assigned to someone and that guy also unable o HELP me, I spent 2 years and gained above 60%. Now due to this, If I commit suicide who will take care of my small family ( Wife, 2 Daughters ). Irresponsible people in the society. Hi team, There was no marks updated on my 3rd SEM marks card due to which they didn't provide the Grade declaration on 6th SEM. Hence I am unable to apply for the convocation. Now I am fed up chasing with KSOU on the same. They are blindly says that they don't have any details about the Marks for 3rd SEM Subject. My question is straight forward " When you are unable to keep the records for students of 5-6 Years, are you really eligible to run the University". They clearly play politics here. They don't like each because one said that I got some 47 marks for the same subject later the one who replaced 1st guy says that no data available. They are not bothered about students life here.I am running behind them since 2010 and didn't find any resolution so far. Please do HELP as its going to be life matter for me now. Below is the letter which I sent to VC and he also doesn't show up any interest to resolve my issue. To, Vice-Chancellor Karnataka State Open University, Mukthagangotri, Mysore-570006 Dear Sir, Do you know what is happening in your University ?. I am running behind people since last November 2014 to get my marks issue sorted out and your people seems very selfish here. Below I am attaching all artifacts before I commit something. Below are the follow ups I have done 1) In the month of August 2010 I came to KSOU and submitted a hand written application to get the marks cards corrected for 3rd SEM by submitting the both 3rd Semester and 6th Semester marks cards in original. 2) After 2 months when I again came to KSOU & haven't got any help from anyone to address my issue. They simply asked me to come after few weeks as it is going to take time. 3) On November 7th 2014, I visited KSOU and have told all the mishap happened to Girish sir ( +91 [protected] ) at Examination Department and again submitted one more hand-written application. When we are searching on the registry we found that there was no marks assigned for that specific subject ( BSIT-31 ). 4) In the month of January 2nd week, Mr Girish called me and said that he has verified the OMR sheet and found the marks declared for the subject as 47 (BSIT31) and told that he didn't find the IA marks obtained hence he only insisted me to get the details either from VET or Study Centre. 5) Finally I got to know that either VET or Study Centre guys doesn't HELP to get my IA details, hence requested Mr.Girish to proceed without IA. 6) On 6th April when I visit KSOU again, Got to know that Girish was replaced by Mr.Mahesh - [protected], Again I got into situation to explain Mr.Mahesh - [protected] about all mishap happened and given a Hand written letter to him requesting to do the needful ( Same has been attached ) 7) As a follow up when I called Mr.Mahesh - [protected] after 10 days to my visit, He claimed that nothing found and he need to chase up with VET for the same or he can't HELP anymore on this. Is this the way your people work ?. People are ready to blame each other irrespective of doing the needful for students. The way they speak is like both work for KSOU but they are the only enemies here. Mahesh will tell that Girish is of no use likewise Girish tell that Mahesh is of no use. Then Who is there to HELP us here sir. I am attaching each and every mail I sent to VET, DG, Registrar and You so far. All these artifacts will be sent to Media if I do not get any response from you guys by or before August 15th. It will be sent to the below listed and commit suicide because my company is ready to drop me if I don't submit them by then. You may treat this as threat but not it s a humble request ( I beg you again and again ), Since I am from middle class family and can't survive without these Degree certificates, I found only the way is to say " Good Bye ". Still I am begging my Higher Management for Extending the due dates as I am facing all issues only from your KSOU. My name is Shammi Sablok and I have taken admission to Karnataka State Open University through the study center Universal Traning center Pvt LTD Pune (As per the Receipt received for first payment) with a view to enroll for EMBA. My admission was in distant learning EMBA course. I made all the payment required during admission including all semester fee. I haven't received the receipt for final payment either my accounts are active and no response on Helpline and Executive of Customer support. Since, i have enrolled for online MBA and resides in MOhali so, it is really difficult for me to go to the university physically or nearest branch which is in Ludhiana. All the Given helpline no is continuously busy and struggling to get any update or solution. But I have not received the admission completion confirmation although i was made ensure that you will get a call from the representative. Regarding this matter I tried to communicate with Mrs Fatima (KSOU) and Jasdeep (Universal Traning) to their official ID and all office numbers but no response as usual. My only concern is as my all accounts are inactive and there is no response from helpline and online also. If i am not able to get through with the 01st semester examination duration and coz of KSOU poor response if I am not able to pursue with my semester in August i would be forced to cancel my admission and refund my Money back.
