Dear sir
recently I got my CIBIL report printed at my end as i needed Personal Loan from SBI. But it is showing that one consumer loan with Karur Vysya bank ac number BAN22E[protected] of 20000 taken on 13/08/2022 is showing in Written -off status.
Now i want that status to be removed from CIBIL at any cost as due to it now bank will provide me loan and i am in dire need of funds due to some medical emergency
kindly guide me how should i do that

Invalid loan Rs 6000/- loan is showing in cibil.com from Karur Vysya which I have not taken neither credited to my account.
Rs 1500/- - loan is showing in cibil.com from AXIO which I have not taken neither credited to my account.
My pan no. is DKEK5865G
Kindly remove these loans from my cibil.

I have not taken any loan from Karur Vysya Bank
but a loan of sanction limit Rs.20000/- is seen in my CIBIL report.
The detail of loan is as under:
Loan account no- XXXX 5066
Sanction Amount-Rs.20000/-
Sanction Date- 21/12/2023
Due to this reason my CIBIL got affected.Kindly resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Consumer loan with account number
MUM21E[protected] is reflecting in my CIBIL Report, I dont remember taking any loan from Karur Vysya bank, the last payment date is reflecting as 05/04/2022 then why is it still reflecting in "open account category" ?
am unable to get through Karur vysya people, please help here.

Wrongly updated Consumer loan on CIBIL
I don't take any loan in Karur Vysya Bank. Im not received any loan amount in KVB. But in Cibil credit report showing Karur Vysya Consumer loan CUD22E[protected] is active. Without my knowledge how can this bank done this. plz solve this problem immidetly other wise i go for justice

I have never applied or approached Karur Vysya Bank for a consumer loan, however upon checking my recent CIBIL report, I was shocked to learn that there are 2 consumer loans tagged on my credit report from different banks with the same account number and both opened on the same date - September 20, 2022 with a sanctioned amount of INR 400 and INR 1600 respectively.

None of these were requested by me, and still reflected on my profile without my consent or knowledge.

Acct 2 - CapFloat Financial Services Pvt Ltd - INR 400
Acct 3 - Karur Vysya Bank Ltd - INR 1600

I am glad I requested for the CIBIL report for the first time ever in my life, and that helped to discover such a fraudulent practice from the Bank. Though I have raised a dispute with CIBIL, the following response from CIBIL indicates that they cannot make any corrections or provide a clear clarification:

"Please accept our sincere apology. TransUnion CIBIL on reviewing the information reported by bank /financial institution understands that the provided details are correct, we recommend you to get in touch with KARURVYSYA for required correction. As per Credit Information Companies Regulation Act, we are not authorized to delete or modify any records in your CIBIL Report without confirmation from the respective institute."

I have noticed that there are numerous people who have lodged a complaint here in the consumer complaints forum, regarding the same experience from Karur Vysya Bank.

Please find attached screenshots from the CIBIL report and the CIBIL dispute status and request your kind action to ensure that these 2 fraudulent loans are removed from my profile with an immediate effect and no banks adopt such fraudulent practices by cheating innocent people.

Wrongly updated Consumer loan on CIBIL
I don't take any loan in Karur Vysya Bank. Im not received any loan amount in KVB. But in Cibil credit report showing Karur Vysya Consumer loan BHA20E[protected] starting date 28/09/2020 is active. Without my knowledge how can this bank done this.

Kindly review this and resolve the issue.

I have not taken any loan from Amazon pay later and Karuna vaisya bank but outstanding of Rs.2398/- with sanction limit 10000/- and outstanding of Rs.1678/- with sanction limit Rs.40000/-shows in my cibil. I am also sms and whatsapp repeatedly from recovery of dues.Kindy made the necessary correction so that my cibil became correct. I also want to know that why this type of loan shows in my cibil without my consent.

Dear Concerned
In my cibil report there is a consumer loan, of amount INR 20000/-, shown that I have never applied in any way. Although outstanding amount is showing INR 0/- .
Please close it as soon as possible even if it is associated with any other business partner/portal.

Amount of 8000 is showing in my cibil sanctioned by karur vysya no late payments is showing and current amount is showing zero . And its been there for 3 years now and i havent even subscribed to amazon pay later also i am not a participant of amazon pay later i do not entertain this kinda stuff and that is affecting my cibil .
Please do resolve this as soon as possible

In my name there was a Consumer Loan of Rs.8, 000/- with Karur Vysya Bank, the same has been reflecting in my CIBlL, which was not availed by me, kindly take steps to close this loan and the same to be rectified in CIBIL.

I have not applied nor have taken any loan from Karur Vysya Bank. But when i checked my cibil report on 22nd November, it shows a loan of Rs 2400 in my account. I reiterate, i have not applied for any loan nor have i received any amount from Karur Vysya Bank. I therefore request the bank to check and clear any misreporting done from their end at the earliest.
