My had request for payout on 30th oct but till today money is not credited in my account. Called to karvy team but they are not able to provide the solution, even now they are not picking phone calls and no reply on mails. Everybody in karvy team is transferring the calls but no one is able to provide appropriate solution, my i'd is 509932

My client id is 878026 in karvi. My payment/payout is being reverse since 22 october, i have made several complaints at call center and in aap. Even i have talked to regional head, but my issue is unresolved. I make a request in karvi app and on next day it becomes reversed. Whenever i talked about broker in this issue he asked me to complain at higher officials as he is unable to resolved the issue....

This is not the first time it happened, every time we need to follow-up several times for these payout request. Being the number 1 service provider in India, this is not expected. These small things will create lot of impact on your companies...

My payout request of clear balance of rs one lakh is pending for more than a week. I am unable to participate in trading because of margin problem. If there is delay for any genuine reason, you can reduce the margin level by one lakh and can allow me to trade. By your inordinate delay, your credibility id getting eroded.
