I initiated a payout last week nov 5th 2019 for an amount of 56000 rs from my karvy account client id 4172567. But it has not been credited to my bank account yet. Please expedite the process and credit the amount of 56000 payout requested. I am in dire need of this money. So please credit the money as early as possible.

Seeing the number of complaints raised here i am very concerned. Please credit the amount as soon as possible.

I am trying to reach your customer care also local karvy office.. Not getting any response even tweeted to your Karvy twitter handle. Please provide support as soon as possible and release the payout.. Give some response
MUMBAI : Market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) in a Friday night order barred Karvy Stock Broking Ltd. from taking on new clients after finding alleged client fraud of ₹2, 000 crore.

Sebi said the firm misused client collateral for its own trades. As per Sebi’s intermediary regulations, brokerage firms cannot create additional pledges on clients’ securities.

In an effort to prevent further misuse of clients securities, Sebi, as an interim measure, barred Karvy from taking any more clients in respect of its stock broking business till the regulator completes its investigations. Karvy was also been barred from acting on behalf of its clients.

Sebi has initiated a forensic audit to establish the extent of alleged misuse of client pledges, and directed exchanges and depositories to initiate disciplinary proceedings against the brokerage firm.

However, in view of the fact that Karvy manages a large number of clients, Sebi is ensuring smooth operations by asking depositories to monitor the flow of money from clients’ accounts.

Sebi said Karvy, despite not having any legal rights to create a pledge on these securities and generate funds, did so to the tune of ₹2, 000 crore. “Even if the client securities were pledged, it should be (used) only for meeting the obligation of the respective clients, " said Sebi member Ananta Barua in a 12-page order.

The order said an NSE inspection showed Karvy had transferred a net amount ₹1, 096 crore to its group firm Karvy Realty between April 2016 and October 2019.

The brokerage also sold pledged client shares via off-market transfer as its own in five out of nine client accounts amounting to ₹228.07 crore in 2019, and transferred stocks worth ₹27.8 crore from 156 clients. None of these trades were executed or authorized by the clients.

Apart from prohibiting the entity from taking new clients in respect of its stock broking activities, the watchdog directed NSDL and CDSL not to act upon any instruction given by Karvy in pursuance of power of attorney given by its clients. Karvy has been given 21 days time from the date of receiving the order to file its objections or responses, if any, PTI reported.
I also have shares worth 3.5 lakhs in karvy .

    My am having a demat account (A[protected] at karvy stock broking ltd, hyderabad. For many days i am trying to payout free amount to my bank account. The company is not executing the order and putting back the money in demat account after placing order. This happens in many occasions and now i am having some doubt that this is a fraud company.in this juncture some fruitful actions may be initiated from your end.

    This is a common dialogue, of no use.
    I am doing PayOut for last 10 days but it not got success . If i am calling customer care they also not telling proper reason and not helping me from last 10 days. I am calling so many people of karvay .It's emergency because of that I was sold out my shares.I am sure there is fraud is going karvay.

      Karvy stock broking company has not been crediting my money in my bank account despite several requests online and they are keeping my money without my authorization which accounts for fraud.           Also customer support executives are transferring calls from one department to another but no one is solving my queris.
          Also customer support executives are taking big time to answer the call.

            I have been trying to sell my share but everytime i tried it failed. I tried contacting karvy customer service but they didn't respond.
            I don't know what to do.
            This is not the first time they did so.in past months i didn't receive my payout amount for more than a week. I had to literally beg them to pay me my own money.

                  payout not down from demat to bank account

                  I am trying to do the payout of my own money from my demat account to my bank account. I am in emergency need of it but the payout never pays the money but at the end of the day adds it back to my demat limit.

                  Why are you doing like this to your customers. Stop doing this illegal activity, stop harrasing customers.

                  Everyone, avoid this company. Wait for a while but open demat in better company.

Called to karvy team but they are not able to provide the solution, even now they are not picking phone calls and no reply on mails.                     My client id is 878026 in karvi. My payment/payout is being reverse since 22 october, i have made several complaints at call center and in aap. Even i have talked to regional head, but my issue is unresolved. I make a request in karvi app and on next day it becomes reversed. Whenever i talked about broker in this issue he asked me to complain at higher officials as he is unable to resolved the issue.

                      This is Mohammed Nehal Uddin Ex-Employee of Karvy Magnum (Madhapur) bearing Employee ID[protected] as I had left the company in the month of april and my last working day was on 24th, april 2019... as I had completed all the formalities of the company... post 6 months I had not received my pending salary of 2 months... and I'm co operating with the company from 3 months and they are saying the same thing that the final settlement is done and the payments will release soon from 3 months... and after sending them the mail also they are not replying to the mail... and if they reply they are giving the dates.. and when I'm waiting till that date also I'm not getting my salary... so I kindly request you to help me through this as I'm very much dissatisfied with this company and below are the screenshots of the dates given by them...

                          My payout request from dmat account A[protected] is pending since 10/31. This is brought to your agent's notice couple of times but not done. Request you to please look into this on priority.

                          This is not the first time it happened, every time we need to follow-up several times for these payout request. Being the number 1 service provider in India, this is not expected. These small things will create lot of impact on your companies reputation.

                          It's been more than 20 days since the payout request has been made. Everyday I put in a request and it gets cancelled the next day. Request you to please look into this matter little seriously and do the needful.

                          For the last two weeks Karvy is not processing the payout request. No reply for the multiple mails to service @ Karvy.Com. No response from customer care number. Local branch not picking up phone. Really worried about money. Will never opt for Karvy in my lifetime. Hell of an experience.

                          Hi Mayavidhu...Did your issue resolve...I and many other customers are facing the same issue. The payouts are not done by Karvy. I guess they are trying to do fraud with all of us.

                            My client code is 2518001 in name of sagarika biswas. Since last 10 days i have been trying to payout but it is not being processed. Also i had conversation with mr. G. Sunil (Clustor manager visakhapatnam) regarding payout but issue not resolved. Customer care not taking calls. Compliance officers not taking calls.                               Since last 2 days, i have been struggling with this technical issue, i have shares in my account, i can see it in my app as well, however i am unable to sell them.
                              Suffered loss of thousands, because of incompetency of the assisting executives and non answering karvy customer care nos.

                              I would only request to please assist me to close my karvy account, i cannot work with such service providers.

                                I have requested for payout fund transfer several times in the last few weeks, but karvy is not making any payout fund transfers. Seems the company has got trapped with unfair trade practices and unable to maintain adequate funds to make these payouts. May be the company has misused clients pool accounts funds and wasted every single penny. We need to stand together against it and fight to the extreme extent. We need clarification from the market regulator at any cost on why the company is making such bad practices with its clients.

                                Can anyone suggest on how to fight against it and get back our hard earned money?

                                No response throughout the day.Becoming hopeless...need the money back immediately.
                                I am trying for payout almost one month, but the payout is not taking place... My money is not transferred to the bank. Initially the money get deducted from the karvy account but the same is not deposited to my bank account. The next day morning i find the amount back in my karvy account.

                                MUMBAI : Market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) in a Friday night order barred Karvy Stock Broking Ltd. from taking on new clients after finding alleged client fraud of ₹2, 000 crore.

                                Sebi said the firm misused client collateral for its own trades. As per Sebi’s intermediary regulations, brokerage firms cannot create additional pledges on clients’ securities.

                                In an effort to prevent further misuse of clients securities, Sebi, as an interim measure, barred Karvy from taking any more clients in respect of its stock broking business till the regulator completes its investigations. Karvy was also been barred from acting on behalf of its clients.

                                Sebi has initiated a forensic audit to establish the extent of alleged misuse of client pledges, and directed exchanges and depositories to initiate disciplinary proceedings against the brokerage firm.

                                However, in view of the fact that Karvy manages a large number of clients, Sebi is ensuring smooth operations by asking depositories to monitor the flow of money from clients’ accounts.

                                Sebi said Karvy, despite not having any legal rights to create a pledge on these securities and generate funds, did so to the tune of ₹2, 000 crore. “Even if the client securities were pledged, it should be (used) only for meeting the obligation of the respective clients, " said Sebi member Ananta Barua in a 12-page order.

                                The order said an NSE inspection showed Karvy had transferred a net amount ₹1, 096 crore to its group firm Karvy Realty between April 2016 and October 2019.

                                The brokerage also sold pledged client shares via off-market transfer as its own in five out of nine client accounts amounting to ₹228.07 crore in 2019, and transferred stocks worth ₹27.8 crore from 156 clients. None of these trades were executed or authorized by the clients.

                                Apart from prohibiting the entity from taking new clients in respect of its stock broking activities, the watchdog directed NSDL and CDSL not to act upon any instruction given by Karvy in pursuance of power of attorney given by its clients. Karvy has been given 21 days time from the date of receiving the order to file its objections or responses, if any, PTI reported.

All the customer care number always busy, writing many emails to service desk and compliance officer but no response.                                     My client id is a4401136.

                                    I had sold shares of reliance industries on 10th october 2018. I am yet to receive payout amount in my registered account despite writing 10-12 emails and making over 50 calls in last 15-20 days. Even copied mails to grievance officer and compliance officer. No reply received from karvy.

                                    I am a senior citizen..75 yrs old and am experiencing mental agony due to such unprofessional attitude of karvy. My whole purpose of selling shares have lost as i have not received my own money in time.
                                    Karvy management should look into the matter and someone should be accountable for such approach.

                                      I am trying to payout request from 23rd october and its not processing. Everyday raise payout request and its not transfer to bank account then its credit back to karvy account. Seems its daily routine from past 12 days for me. Contacted branch manager and he is saying everyday that it will process today. Anyone else facing similar issue? Seems something wrong with karvy. Thinking better to move away from this company and start with good customer relation company / bank for trading.

                                      Respective karvy team, please expedite your payout process.. Saw in formus that many people suffering already.
