My name is Twinkle sharma and employee id is 1029226. I have left Karvy digiconnect pvt ltd on 16th May 2019 and I was told that salary will be provided just after 90 days and now it has been 150 day but still salary has not provided.

Initially after sending multiple emails, I was committed that salary will be provided before 30th of September 2019 and after 30th of September 2019. I am sending so many emails but no response and nothing. I got one time response from Mr.Bairam and he is concerned person.
But now nobody is taking it issue seriously.

Please help on this issue.

    I have an urgent requirement of fund as some medical emergency is der at my home, how can some one block my money

    Today also Mr ridham Lakhani who is vp in Karvy he promised me that your pay out will be done today at any cost.it will done late evening.but it is not done, I don’t understand what kind of commitment they give to their customer, how can they block my money, I have a medical emergency at my place for that purpose I am asking them for pay out but these guy are fooling me from last 15 days.
    I feel KARVY has diverted clients funds to settle their case in Bangalore and totally manipulating books and accounts of clients.

    Yest again Mr Riddham Lakhani promised me that by end of the day u will
    Get your payout, but it is still not done.i don’t know how this guys are working they are just simply fooling their customers.

      I have a trading account with karvy and sold some shares and posted payout request to transfer the amount of 51336/- to transfer to my bank account. Although, the amount got debited from my karvy ledger account but the same did not get transferred to my icici bank account even after 11 days. I have sent several mails to karvy at [protected]@karvy.com but every time i get standard reply that they are looking into the matter. I spoke with executive also on 11 october 2019 and he assured that the money will get transferred to my bank on the same day but still not done on 14th also. What game karvy is playing with its customers? By debiting the amount but not really transferring, they are alearly using customer's money for all these days without any guilt. Is karvy working as per sebi norms? Karvy is not providing the transaction details also so i cannot even talk to my bank.

        I had submitted by registered rent agreement for address updation on 12th october (Urn - 0000/00601/09153) but got a response the reject reason: invalid documents.

        There is no indication of why or how this is invalid. I am stuck unable to update my address since i moved to a new place and my registered rent agreement is the only proof i have and is on uidai's list of approved proof of address documents.

          My dmat i'd is 1561584. Sold few mfs and initiated the fund transfer on 5.2l on 25th sep. Today is 12th oct and every day i am pleading with karvy people for fund transfer. But no response. For the past 15 days karvy is holding my money with out any reason. This is illegal and they are using my money without my consent. I am really worried about my money.

                I Prashant Gupta had a telephonic conversation with Mr Dinesh patnayak where as it was decided that I will send stamp paper duly attested by notary public of Rs10 / and DC certificate of depositor nominee even all the required document's, I delivered the very same earliest but it was surprising to see afraid to email that after every thing attested confirm by Karvy receiving the email documented the claim is rejected, Dear Investor's i am providing every legal document's as many times as the karvy asked even it was stated that stamp paper all the document's are received by them but lady stated we will first enter in our record's then after again after two month's time your payment will be processed directly to the account, I again highly request ceo, director to proceed as per request, eventually i shoot the email to Mr dinesh Patnayak Manager to consider this type of Exceptional claim .I will thankful to your as you stated it will take 20 business day's to verify, claim, pay such amount, Kindly update in your record whatever is pending ans pending to by scanned issue, My contact [protected], [protected]

                  Even i submitted aadhar address request online but its always rejected with below message i tried multiple times by providing exact address which i submit in address proof document but no luck, I really don't understand what was causing the rejection even thow i submited correct information, its really annoying atleast you provide exact information so that i can submit with corrected details.

                      I had contacted karvy, as bonus physical share documents.
                      On sending them email, they had asked us to send some documents for issual of duplicate share certificates.
                      As suggested, we had submitted all the documents pertaining towards issuing duplicate certificate of bonus shares and we are communicated that we will shares in demat account in 2 3 weeks. Now it is more than 1 month and we are contacting the executive via email and phone but no responses. We are trying to get out shares last 1years.
                      Since there was no further communication from you, we had send another mail on 21/8/2019, for which also we didn't receive any further communication.
                      Kindly expedite the process of issuing duplicate share certificates at your earliest

                        I had contacted karvy, as bonus physical share documents we hadnt received which was issued on 2009, on reliance industries

                        On sending them email, they had asked us to send some documents for issual of duplicate share certificates.
                        As suggested, we had submitted all the documents pertaining towards issuing duplicate certificate of bonus shares.

                        The same had been forwarded to you on 6th september 2018. We had received a confirmation letter dated 12/10/2018 (Ref: kcpl/ril/ib-receipt/i-566209/f[protected] for receipt of the above said documents.
                        But after that no further correspondence.

                        Since there was no further communication from you, we had send another mail on 9/7/2019, for which also we didn't receive any further communication.

                        Kindly expedite the process of issuing duplicate share certificates at your earliest

                          This is manikanta. I have worked in karvy for 8months. Joined on 21sep 2018 and left from the office on 19may 2019. I served 30 notice period as we company norms. As per company policies salary should be credited after 45 days from the lwd. Now it's 120 days completed. Still i didn't get any salary from the company. When i was asking the hr department they are not responding properly. And they gave one mail id.. I. E., hr. [protected]@karvy.com. Even after mailing to that also we didn't get any response. So kindly please solve this issue as soon as possible.

                            So what happened yesterday, someone from your department called me and give me a proposal that ujjivan share is going down and we expect even more downfall. After listening to them i said okay put a buy order at 295.
                            Because at that time it was trading at 308, the lady on the other side said okay sir.
                            Then after 5 minutes, she is calling me and saying sorry sir, i bought it at 307 by mistake and suddenly it went till 300 so now it's 600 loss. You have to bear. I was furious and said did you hear what i said clearly, she said yes sir but it was mistake from my end. I have the recordings with me in which it is clear what i said and she has given her acknowledgment and even after that she has bought and sold shares without my consent which is a fraud from karvy and i am approaching sebi now.

                              I prashant gupta (advocate ) had a telephonic conversation with mr dinesh patnayak where as it was decided that i will send stamp paper duly attested by notary public of rs10 / and dc certificate of depositor nominee even all the required document's, i delivered the very same earliest but it was surprising to see afraid to email that after every thing attested confirm by karvy receiving the email documented the claim is rejected, dear investor's i am providing every legal document's as many times as the karvy asked even it was stated that stamp paper all the document's are received by them but lady stated we will first enter in our record's then after again after two month's time your payment will be processed directly to the account, i again highly request ceo, director to proceed as per request, eventually i shoot the email to mr dinesh patnayak manager to consider this type of exceptional claim. I will thankful to your as you stated it will take 20 business day's to verify, claim, pay such amount, kindly update in your record whatever is pending ans pending to by scanned issue.
                              In this above mentioned trailing issue spoke to anand pillai stated matter is send to gfil committee for exceptional case approval.                                 I have sent two tax free bonds of PFC & IRFC for revalidation and yet to receive the credit in the account except an acknowledgement of the receipt of the documents. Customer care is utterly unhelpful and don't act kindly. God help this country for having entrusted the dealing to such cheat companies. The acknowledgement for the IRFC BOND IS transaction reference no. 18154 & for PFC bond is 19871 & 19931.
                                Its more than two months since I have submitted the warrants for revalidation and yet to receive the credit in my account.

Today when I asked the customer support staff they were clueless and when I was speaking to their senior the line got disconnected (intentionally) subsequently call again and asked for the senior they said he was busy on another call( a lie) gave my no.
