Karvy Complaints & Reviews

I had opened a demat account with karvy stock broking ltd...and given them a cheque of rs 10000 for crediting to my demat account.
However, upon asking for returning the same to my saving account from the demat account, the firm only returned 9000 rs and I was informed that my 1000 have been invested into hdfc mutual funds.

I have not consented to the said investment and nor submitted any form regarding the same.br...

It appears from my ledger account that you have transferred an amount of rs.50, 000 by neft on 13.11.2019 vide your vr. No.[protected].
You have also debited my account with r.50, 000 on 13.11.2019. However the amount is not received in my hdfc account no.[protected] which is registered with you.
Pl arrange to take necessary action to trace the neft transaction and ensure that the amount gets credited to my bank immediately....

I am trying to contact karvy - both the south zone office and the branch offices in chennai, as well as the head office in hyderabad, but either the phone lines are disconnected, or it just rings out and no one answers. No one responds to emails as well. Karvy is holding all of my shares in their ben a/c and have not transferred to my dp a/c. Imy psout requests made through karvy app (More than 10 times) were not accepted. My client id is 215250. I badly need this amount to pay off my debts. I have already registered a complaint with sebi on 37/11/2019, but the problem remains unsolved.

This is the first time i have had tjis bad experience with karvy. Please resolve it and let me have my funds back....

I have been placing payout requests from my karvy trading account with customer id 2135493 for the past 1 month and have no response. I have rs.104149 in my trading account as of date anda would like to get the whole amount refunded to my bank account. This is pure violation of rights and necessary actions should be taken against it. No one seems to be working at their customer service department....

Have been requesting payout from my karvy trading account. My client id is 19605200. I have been trying continuously for the last 10 days but the request does not get processed. The amount is shown as payout amount every day and the next morning the amount is credited back to the karvy account as limit.
Karvy customer care is always busy. I have also made several complaints on the app but have got no response....

I have several times applied for withdrawal from balance in my trading a/c 2712956, but karvy have not responded at all despite sufficient cash balance lying in my trading a/c. Also the shares in my trading/demat a/c not allowed to monetize. It's a gross violation of contract with customer. I request to competent authority to kindly take appropriate action. I am a small investor and a senior citizen....

I m facing trouble after sebi barred in karvy stock broking i don't received 1.5 month brokerage and karvy sub broker division said audit is running after audit brokerage will paid but there is no exact time i m facing trouble kindly resolve it on time and when this problem will resolve becoz of facing local costumor karvy don't responsible for local business...

I sent many time request done for transfer shares these clients to own DP account but karvy team did not responding properly kindly resolve my problem
And karvy did not responding many clients payout also clients tired to request for payout n transfer shares...

Karvy janakpuri branch having my, trading account they traded in my account without my permission and debited me rs 7000/- approx against that transaction. I have rejected the transaction at the time of confirmation of trading but amout yet not credited in my account. They have also debited me short margin penalty please take appropriate legal action against karvy.

For this issues i called and mailed to karvy but no response i got. Karvy provide very bad services to its clients, lot of client suffered with karvy. Hi i am madhukar, i have received the dividend from marksans pharma and it got credited to my trading a/c him1891, on 20th november 2019 i made the payout request from my trading account to my sbi savings account, but after 11 days also i yet get the amount in my savings account, whenever i am calling they are saying it will credited by evening. But nothing is happening....

Karvy client code a45058911 neeraj arora. Raised 5times payout towards clear balance of my ac. Not processed successfully everytime amount shown as payout credit back to my karvy ac. Itself tickect also raised with screenshots but no resolution from there side.

I have initiated the payout on 25/11/2019 of rs 5382/- and 26/11/2019 of rs 32610. The amount is yet not credited in my bank account.

I have been calling the customer care number since morning but no response, the call to the customer care executives is not even directed to them. I have been trying since the time i came to know about the issue, which has come up in karvy.

I have requested for movement of my shares bought through karvy from their pool account into my dp account on 25/nov/2019. I have already paid for the stock which i had bought. So far i have not yet receive any confirmed reply from their executives by which date this will be done. I have also sent a mail to [protected]@karvy.com, so far there is no status on the request.

And their customer support is also waste as they are also not solving the issue from 3 months they are saying to wait wait and wait by making fake promises...

As i'm co operating from 4 months with the company and they are only making fool... As i had made a complaint...
