My client id is 16310464 my ledger balance showing credit balance for last two months. Cr balance is not transfer yet to my bank account after calling everyday to concerned official for last two months. Please transfer rs. 22831.50 to my bank account and also transfer all shares showing in pool account to my demat account. Total 12 scripts are showing in pool account transfer immediately to demat account..

My acct no is 2362045. My payout is pending from more than 10 days. Pls help to transfer it to my bank account as soon as possible without fail. Also there are few shares in my pool account, transfer the same as soon as possible.

I have sent email to [protected]@karvy.com, called up till free number almost 10-20 times now. Pls help me here since they just keep telling give us 1-2 we will do it in till free number..

On 23rd ovember i took a payout of amount 9922 rupees.
Till date i haven't received the amount back in my bank account.
In their app in ledger it shows it has been transferred.
I have called the customer care a lot of times. Did not get any response from there.
Visited their office says sebi ban has affected the proceedings. But then their ledger shows that amount has been transferred.
Karvy people are not giving any reason.
There is something fishy i assume.
They are keeping my hard earned money with themselves.

Client id -3931173 a pay out default dated 18/11/2019, still not credited to my bank account from karvy account.
karvy was contacted telerponically & vai email. Reminder about 3 or 4 times given to karvy to resolve the issue as the money not credited till date, that is 8/12/2019 ; karvy not respoded till now. please help to get money back.

Dear sirs,

I am m jayamma, a senior citizen. I humbly request you to resolve my complaint. I had bought 18 shares of reliance industries limited (Ril) before 1995, they were on paper bonds.

I got them dematerialized to my demat account around 2010. I was given only 18 shares in my demat account. So while getting them to demate paper bonds are taken away.

My issues are as follows. Ril had given bonus shares in a 1:1 ratio in 1997, 2009. So 18 shares should have been 72 shares, but only 18 are transferred to my demat account in 2010. So, 54 shares as of 2010 were not awarded. Again in 2017 1:1 bonus shares were awarded by ril. So 54 should have been 108.

In total 108 shares are to be transferred to my account, pls help me in this.

Pls, help me to get my shares.

Dear sirs,

I have been placing payout requests from my karvy trading account with customer id a45094798 for the past 1 month and have no response. I have rs.702 in my trading account as of date anda would like to get the whole amount refunded to my bank account. This is pure violation of rights and necessary actions should be taken against it. No one seems to be working at their customer service department.

Karvy did not inform customers about ban on trading. I tried to sell my holdings in 26 november 2019 but could not sell my holding. I am unable to trade. Also i am unable to transfer my available balance to my bank account. I am unable to payout my available cash to my bank account.

If karvy licence has been freezes, we should be allowed to transfer our money.

I had opened a demat account with karvy stock broking ltd...and given them a cheque of rs 10000 for crediting to my demat account.
However, upon asking for returning the same to my saving account from the demat account, the firm only returned 9000 rs and I was informed that my 1000 have been invested into hdfc mutual funds.

I have not consented to the said investment and nor submitted any form regarding the same.

My funds were misused and diverted from my account without my consent.

So the firm may better pay my money back alongwith the bank interest for the same amount from the date of the fraudulent investment executed without my permission

You have also debited my account with r.50, 000 on 13.11.2019. However the amount is not received in my hdfc account no.[protected] which is registered with you.
Pl arrange to take necessary action to trace the neft transaction and ensure that the amount gets credited to my bank immediately.

I am trying to contact karvy - both the south zone office and the branch offices in chennai, as well as the head office in hyderabad, but either the phone lines are disconnected, or it just rings out and no one answers. No one responds to emails as well. Karvy is holding all of my shares in their ben a/c and have not transferred to my dp a/c. I want them to transfer all of my shares to my dp a/c and also then do an off-market transfer through dis slips to another demat account with another broker. Now i don't know how to approach this and where to send the dis requisition slips, and if my shares will get transferred as per my request. Can someone help me?

I have around 99000 in my karvy account . I tried payout request but i did not get the amount back to my account even after 1 week. But in their ledger it shows its trasnfered to my account.

I have several times applied for withdrawal from balance in my trading a/c 2712956, but karvy have not responded at all despite sufficient cash balance lying in my trading a/c. Also the shares in my trading/demat a/c not allowed to monetize. It's a gross violation of contract with customer. I request to competent authority to kindly take appropriate action. I am a small investor and a senior citizen.
