I had done additional purchase of Rs.10, 000 on 25th July in Principal Emerging Markets fund.
The amount got debited from my bank account and my bank confirmed that the amount is credited to Principal Mutual Fund's bank account.
However, the units were not credited to my folio.
I have been doing several follow ups with Karvy and Principal Mutual Fund since last one month asking them either to add units to my folio of that amount OR refund the money to my bank account.
I have provided all evidences like bank account statement showing money transfer to Principal MF.
Every time they say "we are looking into this and will get back to you shortly" but nothing happens.
1 week ago, I finally got a mail that money would be refunded to my account shortly. But even after 1 week, no refund has been done.
I am genuinely surprised with the way this whole thing is being handled in a very casual and insensitive manner by both Karvy and Principal Mutual Fund.
This is really bad.
Can someone sensible person from Karvy look into this and close this matter?
