    I am continuously getting feedback as rejected.

    There is a option in that to attached marriage certificate, i have done that, as my name is changed i have also attached my e gazetted copy for your reference.

        I had done additional purchase of Rs.10, 000 on 25th July in Principal Emerging Markets fund.
        The amount got debited from my bank account and my bank confirmed that the amount is credited to Principal Mutual Fund's bank account.
        However, the units were not credited to my folio.

        I have been doing several follow ups with Karvy and Principal Mutual Fund since last one month asking them either to add units to my folio of that amount OR refund the money to my bank account.
        I have provided all evidences like bank account statement showing money transfer to Principal MF.

        Every time they say "we are looking into this and will get back to you shortly" but nothing happens.

        1 week ago, I finally got a mail that money would be refunded to my account shortly. But even after 1 week, no refund has been done.

        I am genuinely surprised with the way this whole thing is being handled in a very casual and insensitive manner by both Karvy and Principal Mutual Fund.

        This is really bad.
        Can someone sensible person from Karvy look into this and close this matter?

          I had transferred my mutual fund from hdfc securities to other broker. Hdfc done all the documentation and they sent through courier regarding new broker details. Courier was sent through "blue dart" (Waybill no. [protected]) and (Reference no. Ddobd2806015) it has contains 2 mutual fund details. Dsp blackrock taxsaver fund and reliance taxsaver fund. After continues follow up with dsp cams and reliance karvy, cams finally transferred my funds to new broker but karvy is not giving single response. I am following up with karvy since last 2 months. I had called them on their customer service but no response. I went to karvy office at vileparle mumbai, but i didn't get satisfied answer from them as well. Please help me to sort it out.

            I have applied 3 times and it got rejected first time saying saying transliteration error and this time invalid documents.

            I don't understand what I am doing wrong. I self attested it with my name, date and signature.

              I am mohan yadav my application no is me547417 i purchased the loan amount of 1500000 with the interest rate is 15.50% and the loan is passed on 30 november 2015 and i am closing these loan and give the rest of the payment to the company but they said foreclosure charges are apply on the remaining amount but in my file there are no documents for the foreclosure charges so i am complained fraud company case because i am in very big trouble and these is the best way to resolved these issue so please give me the suggestion for the closing loan without any foreclosure charges..

                Necessary documents ie 01)application 02) bank pass book copy showing my new address & 03) copy of my pan card were sent on 30/07/18 by regd.Post to change of address which were delivered to karvy on 08/08/18. Even after lapse of one month i am at a stage of not knowing whether needful has been done or not.In this matter i have taken up with you over mails & telephones but of no use, Now as a tired person compelled to complain with a request to do the needful at the earliest possible.

                  I am having nre trading and saving accounts with yes bank and yes securities. I have purchased many shares. However, for each company where karvy is a registrar i am not getting the dividend. Few example are biocon, godrej agrovet, motherson sumi etc.

                  In spite of several email reminders and phone calls, till date they have neither paid the dividend not solve the problem.

                  You kind help and support requested to resolve the matter.

                      I tried to update my Aadhar card address update details around 8-9 times, but every time my request has been rejected saying that "Transliteration error in the request field". Even I asked local language expert that whatever i am typing is getting converted correctly. each and every bit of translation was correct as per Expert.

                      Also tried to approach Karvy Aadhar Kendra customer care but never got fruitful result. Kindly do the needful.

                        I am very sorry to say this service is awful. I have been trying since long to update my aadhaar address online but every time i am getting "data mismatch in document and update request, transliteration error in the request field".

                        It's very frustrating and painful.

                        I have tried almost 10 times and every time its rejected.

                        This was my last request number - request 0000/00525/66233

                        I also sent mail to "kcpl. [protected]@karvy.com" regarding the same on 14th aug 2018. On 16th aug, they asked me aadhaar number and local language. I gave them and requested to update my address on the same day. Also given my address prove with self-attested since then i haven't received any response from them.

                        This is very pathetic where a simple address update takes months after month with a hassle. What makes sense to build a non-sense system where a simple address cannot be updated online?

                          I have purchased an SIP for Rs.1000 per month in Reliance Large cap 200 mutual funds, Initially I have issued a cheque of Rs.1000 which got deducted from my bank account and is showing in karvy application and also I have given a bank mandate for the auto debit every month, but the second installment of Rs.1000 which has to be deducted on 15th of every month has not been deducted since than, saying it has been cancelled. and all this procedure took place two times.
                          when spoke to my agent she says the account name is different in karvy and the bank. How is this possible?
                          My agent says the only solution is to change your name in the bank.
                          Here the mistake is from Karvy. I have complaint many times to my agent but there is no resolution from the karvy's end.

                              Four times i have placed update request and all the times it got rejected as "transliteration error". Last time i made sure to use the exact words (From the dictionary) for transliteration in the local language.

                              I have good knowledge of transliteration and local language. What is the guarantee that the operator who is verifying has good knowledge to assess it?

                                Tried online correction of address in the above aadhaars. They were rejected as transliteration error. We have taken care to transliterate to near actuals. Examples of where we had problem are :
                                1) "iyer" and "avenue" - could not get exact equivalent
                                2) "velachery" - in some fields your system auto filled which was correct. But in the field "land mark" we could neither transliterate exactly nor we could copy-paste the same from other fields.

                                These changes were rejected once we got it done through post office.

                                Now we are interested in keeping the data in aadhaar correct so that it will be the base documents for all identification purposes.

                                Kindly advise us as to do it.

                                    Had uploaded scanned colour copy of original sale deed which is a valid proof.
                                    Got rejected saying invalid documents and error in transliteration

                                        I have been trying to update my aadhaar address on uidai portal and i keep on getting it rejected with message "transliteration error in the request field".

                                        My details are given below:
