In the year 1993 100 equity shares of rpl bearing certificate no 01335181 and distinctive no[[protected]] to[[protected]] and 100 triple option convertible debentures - non convertible part ii bearing certificate no 01335081 and distinctive no[[protected]] to[[protected]] allotted to me. My folio no for equity shares and debentures is 06797661.
Till date i had not received any other documents because my address was changed in the year 1995. My new address is as mentioned below

    The dividend warrant was supposed to have sent by karvy to my registered address through speed post ex[protected]in. But this letter is still lying in guchbouli and not moved from that place since the date of posting. I have sent several mails to chase the po or to cancel the demand draft and re-send again. But no action has been taken so far despite my repeated requests / mails. Kindly look in to it and revert asap.

      Submitted on 12 sep 18 at bangalore malleswaram br for demating and still it has not been done. Each time when i contact hyderabad 23312454 the reply given is they have not received the document. On 12 sep 18 i had given pfizer and tvs electronics. Tvse demat is completed whereas pfizer demat is not completed. Bangalore malleswaram br rep name is mr sandesh kumar and he was v helpful while preparing the share papers for submission to demat and also for opening demat account. Kindly demat my pfizer physical and show it in my demat account. Pl respond

        For the last three or four times i am trying to update my address in my adhaar but every times i get the transliteration error. When i enter my address in english the translation in hindi is totally wrong so i enter the right translation by entering the right phrase in english and this way i get the right address in hindi too. Please tell me specifically what is wrong with this or i have to keep the wrong translation in hindi in my aadhar.

          Dear tearm,

          I have resigned karvy in may, 26th of may is my last working day. My emp code 87400, & i served15days notice period. But still my fnf pending i called many times to jaggan rao and vijayant jolly also but i will not received any satisfied feedback from they.
          As per my knowledge we have to wait 45 days after resigned for the fnf.
          I have already mailed to 'hr.[protected]@karvy.com' 'jaggarao.[protected]@karvy.com' 'vijayant.[protected]@karvy.com'
          i was submitted my no dues form to the HR team with in next 3-4days, & as per discussed on 5th oct 2018, with HR team they said all the calculated amount of f&f is sent to the accounts department, & u will get the payment by tomorrow. but now its 22th oct, why my F&F is still pending, Please took at this matter and take a valid action as soon as possible.

              I have sent two emails but never been able to hear back from anyone to resolve this issue.. One of the worst support system.. I feel this has to be further escalated to appropriate person and I will do that .
              I have already sent you guys and email but did not hear back from anyone.
              WORST team working on this I have still not got any response/reply to update address on my Aadhaar..

                Hi,

                I have been trying to update my residential address on aaadhaar card via uidai website online. But every-time my request gets rejected due to transliteration error in the request field.

                I have already tried 4-5 times and have followed all the instructions provided online and on the uidai website. Still i keep getting the request rejected due to transliteration error without any instruction/justification.

                I am not able to visit nearby aadhaar centre and need this updated online on an urgent basis. Please help me resolve this issue and let me know what correction is required.

                    Was rejected due to transliteration error in request field. The address has only one line - 2 words of text in english. I have tried multiple times in the past one year to change my address and have failed due to this one error. I don't know how best to translate this into hindi. Either you inform me english spelling for my address to fix this in local language through sms or just change my local language to english. Your motive should be to help the citizens - not just check and reject. That even a robot can do.

                      Three times i have given request for updating my address with different address proofs. Still you rejected these requests by giving various reasons. I am living in reserve bank's leased flat for officers. My requests are;

                        I've on multiple accounts, have tried to contact karvy and their personal to resolve this ever existing issue. Even after the amount of 14508/- was debited from my bank account on 01/02/2017, while no issuance of ipo shares of bse limited were ever credited to my demat account with dp id jpn5k108. I'm attaching the bank account statement that clearly shows the debited amount and yet nothing was credited from your side. Kindly see to the issue as soon as possible, since its already been almost two years since i first started this barrage o[censored]nnecessary conversations.

                        The series of action that took place are, i applied for an ipo with application number 35977199 of bse limited, and subsequently the required amount was debited from my account icici savings a/c[protected] whose copy is attached below and yet i didn't got any shares from karvy's side. I'm hoping it'll get resolved this time around, asap.

                          It is popular to all the depositors of gfil that to claim the disbursement, depositor has to fill a form provided in gfil blog.
                          Sir i have invested 1.55 l and i am unable to claim now through the online application after entering all the details correctly and exactly.
                          The webpage pop up says "the account number is invalid".
                          Hence i registered my grievance to the karvy group via email.. But there is no response. I tried calling the toll free number as well.. Every time it says all the executives are busy even after holding the line for 30 minutes.
                          Please solve this issue sir.. We are running short of last date..
                          Even after 18 long years, there is no relief with this claiming procedure

                            Having dealt with Karvy since last 2 years, I have started to realize that I have made blunder to believe Karvy, which intentionally led me in to bad investment /deals, where my investment is either giving extremely poor returns or no return and even my hard earned investment is at stake. Here are details of my investment for your ready reference and their report card/ performance snapshot.

                            1. Mirador Const

                            1.1 In 2016 July /Aug, Karvy approached me for excellent investment opportunities of very high [protected]@20%, stating that Karvy has done due diligence of Mirador construction and facilitating financing. It was too good to believe. Upon inquiring about the security of the investment, I got the answer that Karvy has secured collatoral for around 2.5 to 3 times of the value of funding and it is absolutely safe.

                            1.2 With Karvy name behind the deal, I trusted and made an investment of 100% in Aug 2016 for two years duration.Also, I paid fee @ Rs 20000 approx to Karvy for such a good deal as their professional services.

                            1.3 Subsequently, I received agreement and Post dated cheques up to 8th Aug 2018 for all the requisite returns and final payments.

                            1.4 When I read through documents, I could not find the Karvy name anywhere. The agreement was directly between Myself and Mirador construction, which I had never heard before, no question of meeting them for finalizing such a deal. it was definitely a surprise to me as I thought I am paying money to Karvy and there will be deal between Karvy and Mirador. It was definitely a surprise to me.

                            1.5 On the contrary to Karvy promise and due diligence, Mirador has stopped paying dividend from March 2018 onward. When I inquired through Karvy, I was told that please do not present the cheques in the bank as Karvy is negotiating the deal. In July 2018, I was informed that Karvy is taking legal action to secure the payment.

                            1.6. Bottom Line is my Rs 100% hard earned money is stuck without earning even single paise and yet to be recovered.

                            1.7 4 Cheques amounting 100% consisting of principal and interests have bounced due to insufficient funds.


                            2. Indiabulls Opportunities Funds.

                            2.3 Also, There is no transparency of the transactions - how much the money is deployed where?, how much dividend is being received from investor behalf, how much is the expenses and how the calculation is arrived for paying dividend to individual investors

                            2.4. Since the fund did not meet the expected return, I started inquiring the details. Upon lots of inquiries, I have been made to understand that Indiabulls have deducted 5% right in the beginning even without generating any single penny as return for the invested money / fund. This is done without any agreement with investor. It is highly unethical and against the principle of any investment strategy for investors. Fund management house must generate the return and then only they should deduct the reasonable fee agreeable to both parties - in this case it is 1.75%. I need to know who has asked Indiabulls to deduct 5% and reduce my corpus right in the beginning!!!. I have never been informed and have never agreed for such high charges.

                            2. At the time of selling the product I was promised that the fund will generate 16 to 17% of return but actually it is not even generated 2% return.

                            2.6 I also know that Karvy has already taken their share of money 1.25% upfront from my hard earned invested money without generating even single penny and misleading me in to this investment rather providing professional advice.

                            3. Demitter

                            3.1 Karvy sold this product on 1st May 2017 with assurances for 18 to 20% return.

                            3.2 Next Statement indicated 95% investment, whereas I had invested 100%. It means Karvy had already taken their fees without even deploying the money. Highly unethical!!!

                            3.3 Karvy has already deducted significant amount of money ) as set-up fee and management fee.

                            4. Mutual Funds

                            4.1 I have invested in mutual funds based on the advice from Karvy thinking that Karvy has a strong wealth management team, who would enable me to build my profitable portfolios.

                            4.1 The fact is my total investment has appreciated by meagre 4% in a period of 2 years. Yes, once during the investment cycle my portfolios was up by almost 15% but there was no timely advice from Karvy for protecting the investors asset by switching to liquid funds, as a result the investment depreciated with market meltdown in March 2018. Since then it has hardly appreciated. I know that Karvy gets 1% of the investment right in the beginning and also another 1 percent yearly as their commission.

                            Having stayed with Karvy and acting on Karvy advice for investment since last two years, I have started to realize now that :

                            1. the objective of all such agents / professional companies and fund management houses like Karvy and Indiabulls are to make the fund houses and the agent around fund houses richer at the cost of investors.

                            2. Such so called professional companies or agents will mislead the investors and make them invest in funds which will ultimately generate the return may be equivalent to Bank Interest rate at the sametime subject the investors to huge risks.

                            5 Need your personal attention and action

                            If you are responsible for Karvy wealth management, I would need your attention on the following:

                            1. Pl refund my Mirador investment with reasonable interest.

                            2. a) Pl ensure that Indiabulls makes 100% of investment in Funds and deducts the fees as agreed (i.e. 1.25% establishment fee + 1.75 Management Fee only) to be deducted from the generated dividend. 5% deduction right in the beginning is not acceptable

                            b) Pl work with Indiabulls and provide me a clear, personalized and transparent statement showing money received and depolyed in various company wise, returns expected Qtrly, Annnual and upon Maturity. Statement should be clear enough to provide clarity on investements, return expected and fees to be charged based on actual money invested and not on generic basis.

                            3. Pl provide the statement of Demitter with details returns expected Qtrly, Ananual and upon Maturity. Current Demitter statement is very vague and confusing.

                            4. Pl ensure that your research team is involved in decision making for Mutual Fund portfolio management for investor and Karvy provides the real professional assistance to investors.

                            So far, definitely, I am not at all satisfied with the performance of the funds advised by Karvy and the professional services provided.

                                My aadhar address request got rejected with below message even i have mentioned correct address in the request which is same as in my bank statement

                                "your request 0000/00537/20883 has been rejected due to: data mismatch in document and update request"

                                I have tried many times to update address in my aadhar card by submitting gas bill / bank statement proof through online requests submissions. But my request is getting rejected by some reason (Like invalid document / data mismatch) even we are submitting correct documents. I am really not at all happy with current process of rejections as nothing is mentioning about what data is mismatching.

                                I have submitted one more request 0000/00537/66624 for address update. Request to accept my request for address update

                                        Dear sir/madam,

                                        I have updated my aadhar address using uidai official site (Uidai.gov.in) by attaching a valid address proof. After 1-2 hours i am receiving an error message saying "your request 0000/00536/84578 has been rejected due to: transliteration error in the request field." the translation to the native language is not correct, so i have corrected it and submitted the request. I still received the same error again and again. There is no specific reason why i am getting this error.

                                        Hence, i am registering a complaint here.

                                        Kindly help me on this.
