Dear sir, I had purchased kenstar air cooler from sai electronics on 14/04/2016 since than i have done 3 complains for different reason. 1. Ahm[protected] on 04/25/2016 & resolved on 04/26/2016. 2. Ahm[protected] on 05/04/2016 & resolved on 05/07/2016. 3. Ahm[protected] on 05/18/2016 for motor & remote pcb had fired. & it was resolved on 06/01/2016 by changing used motor & remote pcb. But it is not working properly. We have fear of major accident wiil be occur in future. Requested to replace the unit & issue new unit of air cooler or give me my money back... I am totaly dis-satisfied with the service provider & customer support executive mr. Raj kumar jha, who is not picking up his mobile # [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||||

This issue is not resolve yet. This Cooler is not working as Breand New Product. I am facing problem since when i had purchased this product.
I had paid for Brand New product but i am using used product because you have changed Origional Motor, Origional PCB & Fuse.
You have replaced these parts but not Replaced with Brand New one even though Product is only one month old.
Can you tell me i[censored] paying for New Product & u have to use (USED PRODUCT). Is it acceptable?
I think I have to file a Case aginst Videocon.

Now this is new problem has been arised from Yesterday.
I think you should take some Strict Action against this PROBLEM.
