Kenstar — bad service and delay | |||
I had bought the geyser through Amazon October 2016. In the month of July 2017 the geyser stopped working. We registered a request for repairs on your registered number. The service man while opening the geyser dropped it and damaged the complete body of it. He assured that a man would come and pick up the geyser at the earliest and the damage caused due to fall will also be looked into. We kept following with the service center and they kept delaying the process. Finally I got through numbers of Kenstar HO office and it got done in the month of December 2017 ( Repaired only to heat the water but no work was done on the damage caused to the body of the geyser). Today i.e 22/01/18 not even a month after the repair the geyser caught fire due to the damage . My child got saved as I timely could see the flames. I want immediate action to be taken. Rightfully a new geyser should have been installed as the damage was caused due the negligence of your service man. Was this information helpful? | |||
