Kenstar — Cooler & dear

I purchase a cooler (wonder cool) from Agrawal electronic Indore on may 2015.that cooler not working from the purchasing date I was lots of complaints to Mr.Agrawal but no response t, that was a highly irresponsibility, today I also call him but no response now I am going to court against Kenstar & agrwal electronic Indore
I am requesting to company to change my cooler & punish to dealer
