Kenstar — Demanding service sharges for Kenstar Mixer grinder which is under warranty | |||||
Complaint was raised on 09/01/2017 and reference number is BAN[protected]. No call back received from any service centers / technicians. Finally i called up the service technician number that i received along with the complaint number. He has no idea about this and all he said was, he will call back and that never happened. Finally after 2 days of waiting, i called up customer care and requested nearby service center so that i can take the appliance there myself and get it repaired. I called up the the service center (Krish Technologies, Ram Murthi Nagar, Bangalore) and they told to bring the Mixer grinder. They confirmed that they have the parts available and will repair it soon if i bring it to their place. I traveled some 5KM to the service center and surprised to hear that they dont have the part to repair ! They took my number and assured to send a technician with parts needed by next day morning. Nothing happened and they were not even picking up the calls. Finally on 13/01/2017, a service person came to my place. Next surprise was, he didnt bring the part with him. Not sure why he did that when they knows what the issue is, even i personally requested him to bring the part with him, no use...next surprise was, he said all the part replacement is chargeable even though its under warranty. He was even suggesting to buy item with Guarantee, not warranty, unbelievable ! Eventually he was yelling that he spend petrol to reach my place and i have to forcefully get him out from my place. So an item under warranty gets such poor service after 'n' number of calls and follow ups. They were not even ready to send a technician and i was forced to take the defective item to their place, still no use. Finally, the technician who came after 5 days, he was asking money for service for an item that is under warranty. Was this information helpful? | |||||
