Kenstar — Electric kettle replacement under warranty

Kenstar electric water kettle which I have purchased from Instamart not working and it is under warranty i have contacted customer care support team and sent mail with all details of customer and the warranty card with kettle video too after 10days pick up has done after more than 10 days happened still no reply from Kenstar and the delivery partner too
