    Hi,
    I purchased Kenstar cooler glam50R last year. Even though the water is filled completely, the cooler has the red empty water sign and makes a beeping noise when cool button is pressed. After a few seconds the cool light goes off and it only throws warm air.
    Kindly help to fix this issue or replace the cooler.
    Tried calling customer care but to no help.

        I had raised a complaint for my Kenstar Toaster on 3rd February. Their technician came to check the toaster, but was not able to open it as he did not have the required tools. He took the toaster with him to the local service center.

        After calling him after few days for status of toaster, he asked me to call service center.

        The service center did not receive my calls so I had to visit their shop. On visiting the Shop they had no clue what has happened to the toaster or where it is. The owner told me to call the next day to know the status.

        On calling the next day, after many calls, he said the toaster cannot be opened here so had to be sent to nagpur.

        It has been almost 2 months now but I still don't have any status update. On calling the local service centre now they are not responding.

        I visited the local service center again and got a timeline that I will get back the toaster in 4 days. But when i contacted them again they said it is still not returned from Nagpur.

        I complained about all this to [protected]@kenstar.in on 24th March. I got an initial reply that they are looking into it but after that got no status for many days. After asking for status update again, did not get any reply.

        Local service center does not pickup calls. Does not reply to WhatsApp messages.

              I raised the complaint on 23rd March and your technician visited my place on 24th March. He started arguing with me about the final price after I asked for a discount. He angrily spoiled the cooler (see the attached picture) and left it as it was.

              Need help to restore my cooler state as it was before the complain or fix immeidately

                I bought a Kenstar Warmo C blower in January 2022. After using for 6-7 days, the blower stopped working.
                I registered a complaint but none of the employees from the service center paid heed to it. After continuously chasing and calling for 1 week, a employee came to check.
                He told me that some part needs to be changed. He told me he will come back next day but he didn't. Another week passed and no response. I called the manager of the service center in Lucknow and even he was very unprofessional. Somehow after chasing them for a whole week they took my blower for repair. And now it's been 3 months that I've not received my product back.
                I've been calling daily. The manager - Mr. Gaurav is the most unprofessional and irresponsible employee I've come across. Everyday on call he tells me he will return my product the next day but then again it's all a lie.
                I don't know how kenstar works and why do they keep such unprofessional people.
                I've had a very bad experience with Kenstar and this experience has really tarnished their reputation as a brand in my eyes.
                I would like to speak to a higher authority about this and I still hope that as a big brand that they say they are, they will resolve this issue of mine as soon as possible.

                I've again registered a complaint today as the customer care people told me that my request had been cancelled because I didn't show them my bill. But it's all lie. I provided him with the bill the day he came and clicked a photo of it too. This shows how bad this company is. I will strongly recommend others to not buy Kenstar products.

                  मी मागील 4 वर्षांपासून kenstar cooler चा वापर करतोय. पण या वर्षी cooler च्या बॉडी मधील लोखंडी स्टँड ज्यावर मोटार बसविली असते, ते पाण्याने पूर्णपणे जंगले आहे. तरी मला त्यासाठी नवीन लोखंडी स्टँड घ्यायचे आहे. कृपया यासाठी मदत करा.

                          I got my complain register using the toll free number [protected]. I got reply that it would be attended within 72 hours. I waited for 5-6 days. Then I called the same number, then I got response that your complain has been cancelled. They again registered the complaint then technician visited for continuously for two days but the geyser is still not resolved by visiting two consecutive days.

                          I request Kenstar to send the skilled technicians. They seems untrained to resolve the issue quickly.

                              The Kenstar authorized service center taken away the dead PCB and front panel for repair on 21st September. They brought the partially repaired pcb after15 days and collected the full payment of Rs 1500/=. But they taken back the same for non functionality of the programs. They say that Kenstar is not supplying the spares. However they cancel the service requests without resolving issue. You may varify the the cancelled requests in the complaint history.

                              After repeated followup the service technician from Palakkad service center brought back the pcb and fitted with totally dead condition.

                              I got trouble by purchasing a Kenstar product which is not serviceable.

                              The Kenstar customer care forwarded Hariprasad's mobile number to contact for the resolution of the issue. He told me over phone that he has taken steps for replacement of the product as the said product is not serviceable by the company or service center. But still the issue is pending. Please note that we are unable to use the equipment since 19 th September 2021, ie more than two and a half months.

                                We have raised one issue (Reference Number-627712) for our Kenstart Geyser (Model Number-KGS10W5M-GDE, Sr. No-A[protected] which is not working. We have complained about the same 2 weeks back and still have not got any resolution. The Product life cycle is less than 4 years and every year we are having some issues with the Product.
                                It will be really great help if you can expedite the process of resolving the issue as soon as possible so that my old-age parents do have not to suffer a lot in the winter.

                                    My family has bought a product cost 7000 rs in 2016, with 5 years warranty.

                                    The product is having issues and threat o[censored]sage hence we contacted nearest service centre in ranchi and asked them to look at it

                                    An executive came and charged 500 rs without giving a receipt telling us that some parts needs to be replaced which will have some cost.-dated April 2021

                                    Since past 6 months we are chasing to get it sorted

                                    Firstly they were say 2500 rs to fix it now asking 4500 to fix the issue

                                    The product is under warranty and we have shared all the necessary documents

                                    Could you please look into this
