Kenstar — fridge compressor warranty issue and no technician support

My name is gandhiraj ([protected]) from chennai. I bought 47lit fridge on may 26, 2017 from amazon (Cloudtail ind pvt). It have 5yrs compressor waranty. I have raised request and tech told that compressor failure but up to one-year product only they will check asked to contact the company however customer care is telling that currently they are dealing only home appliances not fridge and not responding properly. Please help on this.
