I HAVE PURCHASED THIS COOLER ON[protected] FROM NEW SURAT ELECTRICAL, SURAT & SINCE THEN I AM FACING WATER LEAKAGE PROBLEM FROM THE BACK SIDE OF THE COOLER.
MY PRODUCT IS UNDER WARRANTY BUT EARLIER I WAS CHARGE RS.500 FOR THE PROBLEM BUT STILL THE PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED. THIS IS IS THE 4 -5 TIMES I AM MAKING COMPLAINT FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. TODAY MR.SARFARAZ ([protected]) CAME FOR THE PROBLEM RESOLUTION, HE TOLD US ABOUT PROBLEM WITH HONEY CUM PAD AND ASK FOR THE RS.450 FOR THE REPLACEMENT. WHILE MY PRODUCT IS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY & THEN WHY I AM AGAIN & AGAIN CHARGED FOR THE PART REPLACEMENT.
ON THE OTHER SIDE, WHILE TALKING TO YOUR DISTRIBUTOR, HE CLEARLY TOLD US THAT HE IS NOT LIABLE TO HEAR ANYONE'S COMPLAINT REGARDING THE PRODUCT, THEY JUST SOLD IT. WHAT KIND OF DISTRIBUTOR YOU PEOPLE'S ARE HIRING WHO ARE...????? Was this information helpful? |
