We have bought Kenstar Cooler April 2017 and May 2018 its not working, Now they say its out of warranty to repair. I have been raising a complaint from May 1 to get resolved but they donnot have any consumer support number or website where to raise issue. Back again i raised a request through Pai International so they forwarded it to Kenstar people and now they say that its out of warranty. But whereas the the cooler was stopped working around May 1. I have brought a Air Cooler on 21st April. It was good and working properly also but after a month it's motor is not working so please repair it I will be very thankful to you
