[Resolved] Kenstar — kenstar geyser body leakage issue | |||
I had ordered kenstar 25 ltrs geyser thru snapdeal on feb 3rd 2017. It was installed by kenstar service engineer. We used it for couple of days at that time but since the climate was cold at that time, we stopped using it. Now, from the past couple of weeks, when we are switching it on and keeping it on for around 30 minutes also, it's sending out the hot water just for about 2-3 minutes and then cold water is coming. I tried to reach out to customer care so many times but my call was never attended. I have even generated a service request on kenstar portal but till now never received any call or response. Requesting you to kindly address this issue and send someone for inspection. The geyser is under warranty and i want the issue to be resolved soon because winter season is on its way Was this information helpful? | |||
