Location bangalore Product : kenstar air cooler Manager : pradeep The company claims that th customer service is 24/7, however after 9 pm they just hang up and you will only receive the time that all representatives are busy. The customer service is not 24/7 as claimed. The faulty product is not repaired even after 4 days of registering complaint The technician com s after 4 days and says that the new motor has to be ordered and may take 3 more days Poor response from kenstar service team in bangalore Very poor response from the dealer - pai international hrbr layout Was this information helpful? | |||

I have online buy a freeze for your company Kenstar it's near about 1 month and today I have face a problem regarding cooling. My freeze is not properly work like not cooling yet kindly advice me and take a action to solve my problem.
