Dear Team I was waiting for my kettle to be exchaged as it was in warranty and the part was unavailable by the company and they suggested me that we will replace the same but since last 3 months i am waiting for the same. Now, no one in your company is bothered to call back as i was calling to all people Mr. Bansi lal who is BSM and Mr. karan and also mr Rahul too but they are not reverting they are in meeting since last 3 months. Hi Bought a geysers and its 1.5 years old. There is a leakage and I registered a complaint and the service engineer said 2 parts needs to be replaced.
Later The service Manager Mr. Vinay calls and says parts will be take time and if you are ok to pay me RS 1000/- I will get repaired immediately else you have to for 2 months.

I was already fix it but under the same issues right now I try to use it but it's not working...I paid for 1800 also...
